It would be great to be able to set association labels as a required property for a deal stage.    Our usecase: We are a SaaS company - and we have certain stages that trigger the creation of the first account for the related company. To get the right login details for the account we would use an association label 'Software User' to determine we must  create the first login in their name / email.  Since the account creation would happen automatically when the deal enters a specific stage - its important that one contact has this label assigned before the deal enters this stage.  For this reason it would be good to be able to make an association label a required property.  Similar to this idea but different in that it's not necessary to be able to set associated record properties as required - but just the association labels.  https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Required-properties-from-associated-records/idi-p/491935   ...read more

Hello,    I would love for there to be a way to copy line items from deals to contact record via a workflow. For example, a completed shopify order comes into Hubspot as a deal via the shopify integration. That order/deal has line items on it that the customer purchased. I want contact records for customer(s) associated with those deals to reflect the line items in question so that we can filter contacts based on products purchased to reach out to them to sell other complementary products, ask them how their purchase is, etc.    I have attempted to do this via a workflow, but there's no way to do it. I contacted support, and support said unfortunately there are no native Hubspot features to support this and I should submit a new idea for it.  Thank you! ...read more

It's great that you can view Next Activity Date with Contacts and Companies.  However, we base our sales process on Deals, so it would be great if you could add "Next Activity Date" property available for deals as well.  This way it will be easy to track how sales managers take care of them.   ...read more

Who (what type of role or team) is the feature for? Go to market teams   What is their goal? This is the use case:   While working a deal, people need to complete a Decision Maker Contact for the decision bought in stage. There's a field called, Buying Role, in Contacts. It would be great to be able to mirror that field to the Deals object.   What value will this add? At our organization, we heavily rely on the Deal List View in HubSpot to manage and monitor the status and progress of our deals. However, we've encountered a significant limitation – the inability to perform actions directly from this view. We believe that adding a "Quick Actions" column would greatly enhance our efficiency and streamline our workflow for the following reasons:   Reducing Tab Clutter: Opening individual deal pages for each action we want to take leads to a cluttered workspace with numerous tabs. Having a Quick Actions column would save us from constantly opening and closing tabs, creating a more organized work environment. Alignment with Advanced Filters: Our Deal List View is tailored to our needs with advanced filters. When using the both Google Chrome Browser -or- Hubspot-functionality to return to the previous page from a deal, it often leads us back to an incorrect view due to our filtered setup. This not only disrupts our workflow but also wastes valuable time. Time Efficiency: Time is of the essence in our sales processes, and having a Quick Actions column would significantly reduce the time spent navigating between deals and initiating actions. It would be great if we could set export permissions for specific CRM settings, for example: We do not want Users to be able to export ALL data from HubSpot, but we do want Users to be able to export their Deals ONLY (not just view Deal report snapshots via email or basic dashboard PDFs). Hi,   the deal amount can automatically be based on the (recurring) pricing of products in the product library as they are added to a deal.   However; - you can't select the amount to be calculated for the entire deal or for more than 3 years. this becomes a problem when you a) want to add products to a deal with a term length longer than 3 years (yes that happens!) and b) want the amount for entire deal to be calculated including the entire sum of all products times their entire term lenth.   is it possible to make two changes here? - one: created an edit to the drop down in the summery of the Deal Line Item editor so we can select multiple years (1,2,3,5,10,etc) in addition to the default variabels such as monthly, quarterly, annually? it would allow us to calculate deal amounts for deals with products with longer term lenghts   - and second: could you add a selecter which allows to not only update the deal amount automatically but also allows to specify what you want to be calculated? for instance;       - select the revenue or margin for the deal amount  (sales perforamnce is often looked at from a margin perspective       - select if it includes one-off products without recurring pricing (which are often onboarding packages, etc.)      - select if it the amount should be calculated, based on the monthly, quarterly or annually amounts?     - or most importantly, being able to calculate the deal amount, (revenue or margin) based on the entire deal. all products and services for their entire term length!   that would be great!   ...read more
