We need to control that a certain set of tasks is completed before a deal moves forward to the next stage in a pipeline. Currently, we can create new tasks for each new stage reached but we can't control that those tasks are completed before moving forward.   The option of creating custom yes/no properties appearing in the popup between 2 stages is no good. Firstly, it makes users edit both the task's status and the custom properties. Two way to record the same thing. Secondly, when the user answer "yes I've done this", no check is made. He could just make mistakes, though he completed the task while he did not.   Stages are things that work in sequence.  Tasks are things can work in parallel. My company has 4 sales divisions.  In hubspot, I set up TEAMS to have customized properties in their contact and deal view.    I noticed you can not have multiple views when ADDING A NEW DEAL....even though after the deal has been added, you can then see a customized view under your specified team.     Is there a way to allow for NEW DEAL CREATION BAR to have customized properties determined on which team you are on?    Thank you, MM ...read more

Currently in Pipeline Stages we are able to set criteria, such as certain properties must have content only can the Deal be moved to certain Pipeline Stage.  I encounter an issue, where my Sales person created the Deal, but did not create the Company nor the Contact.  So the Deal was not associated to a Company nor a Contact.  I seek your understanding to have such feature:  if the Deal is not associated to any Company, then that Deal will not be allowed to be moved to, example the Close Won stage. ...read more

Hi Hubspot, the following would be really helpful from our side:   1. To be able to see more variety of insights other than "Revenue". These would be things like "Average time From stage A to stage B" or "Average time for this case to be assigned a specific user". This would be super helpful to track our KPIs and SLAs.    2. For these insights to be at Custom Objects too, not just deal level.    3. For these insights to appear in the spectrum of a colour (from example from green to yellow to orange to red) if the number is very close to the our pre-defined upper SLA limit. Within workflows, I'd like the ability to associate a contact, company, or deal to another entity such as a contact, company, or deal.   Use case: I have a deal associated with a contact from Company A. I'd like the ability to automatically associate Company A to the deal (if associated company is unknown). I would need a trigger that allowed me to check whether a company was already associated to that deal. And if unknown, an action to copy over the contact's associated company to the deal's associated company.   Who: This benefits sales team, sales managers, and CRM administrators. Goal: Eliminate manual data entry for deals, contacts, and companies that all go together. Making the default Hubspot 'Deal Name' property a unique field is a priority feature for my team. We've had significant issues with deal forecasting and pipeline reviews due to deals with identical names having the wrong amounts, dates and statuses entered against them. The current workaround is a periodic cleanse of deal names which is time consuming for our team, and does not prevent duplicate deal names being created between cleanses. ...read more

As of today deal tag are based on filter but the label is "static", and 10 tags is a limit you are reaching very fast....   Would be helpful to get the tag label "dynamic" based on the filtering criteria. For example if you want to check if a deal that has Parent/child info, you need to create 2 tags, if the Group name can be customized (like WF Branches....) with the value we want this will consume only 1 tag.     ...read more
