I think it would be really useful to add a "Task Template/List" feature to the Tasks function of HS.  What I am talking about is: You create a list say "New Client Tasks"  For users that use the CRM but have other systems like DotLoop or xyz where there are tasks that are done off-site this would be a great way to keep track of tasks and productivity In that list you create say 10 -20 Tasks  You will be able to create a hierarchy of tasks that need to be done sequentially (either by date or in list view  in the order the tasks should be completed if date isnt the best way to sort them) You will be able to Name the task with the action without continually having to rewrite the task name Auto-populate the task list to your open tasks  when associated with a contact  if the date was the way the hierarchy was set  up then it will populate with the existing views of "today, tomorrow, this week, this month..." ...read more

I'm a VP of Sales looking to improve my org's sales processes, expedite deals through the sales funnel, gain overall visibility into deal velocity and funnel health.   As I understand it, Hubspots funnel report is broken by design. By this I mean that if a deal stage is skipped the system does not recognize that as a conversion of the skipped stage.  Instead there is no conversion event for that stage, the deal converts into the following stage.  This just isn't reflective of how enterprise deals progress.   The system should imply that a skipped stage is a conversion and the time lapsed in the skipped stage is zero days.   This absolutely cripples our ability to accurately measure comprehensive stage CVRs and funnel progression and as a result provides zero value in helping my team understand where to focus our resources.   Is there a top funnel content issue, proposal issue, bottom funnel contract issue...?       Feel free to reach out with questions. ...read more

Due to the amount of products we have and our prices changing by region. we created multiple of the same product with different prices and utilized folders to organize them by region.   However when you go into a deal or quote to attach the line item products the drop down doesn't show the folders, it only shows all the products.   Can the folders appear in the drop down so certain sales people in different regions don't have to scroll through all of the products to find their correct products? Hi! I would like to connect 2 deals in different pipelines to each other.   For example: the deal 'test1' in pipeline x gets into a certain stage, which triggers a workflow that copies this deal to a new deal called 'test1+' in pipeline y. When deal test1+ in pipeline y gets into a specific stage, a property on the associated deal test1 in pipeline x gets updated.   This way, multiple teams can work with their own deals, in their own pipelines, with their own properties etc, while the overarching deal gets updated. ...read more

When customizing the layout of deal records, it would be great if there was an option to edit the "Deal record left sidebar" to show the associated tasks or the most recent task associated with that record. This would allow my team to see the associated tasks when previewing a deal record from the "List View" of Deals vs having to click into the deal record to see the tasks. From an efficiency and organization standpoint, this would be helpful.    Additionally, from the "Board View" of deals, it would be great to have the ability to preview a record or expand additional details regarding associated tasks with that deal.     ...read more

The filters in the contact, company and deal views are too limited. We are really missing more advanced logic like you offer on Marketing Lists. E.g. OR-logic, "has never/ever been", "is before/after property". ...read more

If a deal or ticket is already associated with a company, pull the contacts associated with that company into the Associate Contacts screen, allowing the user to select from that list or add other contacts using the search bar. This would save time and hassle by eliminating the need to search your entire contacts list by exact name/email for the contacts associated with a company that you have already associated with the deal or ticket but still allow flexibility for the user to choose the specific contact(s) that should be associated with that particular deal. ...read more
