When configuring your line items in a deal, the billing frequency drives the deal amount. However, It's monthly, one-time, etc. But there’s no weekly as an option. we have some reps for some reason going in an opening duplicate deals . . . this is obviously a big problem since it double counts those deal amounts    Now-- i could create a list and surface it to the team--although I would love to make this impossible from the start.   It there were a rule that I could set up to inform them before they add the deal there is already one open in that pipeline that would be phenomenal! ...read more

When creating a deal, the hubspot plugin automatically grabs an email contact, and doesn't allow much flexibility to change the email / contact. We have an inbox that forwards to the sales guys, and the sales guys often times have difficulty creating deals, because the plugin / extension is grabbing the email it's being forwarded from, and not the actual contact. This requires an extra step of entering hubspot and altering the deal manually to correct. ...read more

It would make sense to be able to write a contact email in the search field for deals, and it pulls up all associated deals. At this point in time it doesn't allow that, requiring person to know contact person's name or deal name. ...read more

It would be great to develop the ability to create ramp deals.  as not all deals are $X per year. and sometimes you want to get creative in your pricing. for example : a 1-year deal with different MRR ramp  For the first 3 months, the price will be discounted by 15% (or $X fixed value/month) and then it will be the full price starting month 4 onwards  Multi-year deals with different discounts   -year 1 the price is at 15% discount at 30K - year 2 the price is 10% discount  - year 3 and onwards  the price is regular ( list price )  On a multi-year deal - ramping products products that are added at different times of the year :  Year 1 :  Base product (e.g hubspot CRM )$22K/year after 6 of year 1 adding 'add-on 1' at a pro-rated rate up till the end of that year  year 2  Based product + Add-on 1  mid year "add-on 2"  Year 3 : is the 'full package' - Base product +Add-on1 + add-on 2 "  ...read more
