It would be amazing if we could measure goal attribution (revenue) from deal-split value, now that deal-splits is a thing in HubSpot. Example: Deal A has a value of 1.000€, it has a Deal-owner (primary user) and there are 2 deal split owners User A (Deal owner) - 50% deal split User B (50% deal split) Currently when measuring in the goals section of HubSpot, it would attribute 100% of the deal value - 1.000€ to user A, as that is the deal-owner.  Is there any plans on making this more customizable?  ...read more

When configuring your line items in a deal, the billing frequency drives the deal amount. However, It's monthly, one-time, etc. But there’s no weekly as an option. For example, when entering a deal and it's 3 months long, it isn't accurate because there's not 4 weeks on avg in a month, it's 4.3 So my forecasts are always inaccurate. ...read more

We have a need to require that deals do not enter certain stages without being in others.    ie. A deal needs to be in the Demo stage before it can be moved to closed-lost.    the skipping stage rules don't fully accomplish this for us ...read more

Hello, I have multiple pipelines under deals. For some deals, based on the pipeline, I need to ensure they are associated to a ticket. For other pipelines they won't ever be (or need to be) associated with a ticket.  I wanted to set this as condition logic for the Create Deal Form. However this is unsupported (I double checked via the webchat) My workaround is to create bogus tickets for the pipelines that don't need the association.  Please could you look at  introducing the ability to include associations as a conditional logic property for Deal Forms.  thank you ...read more

We are looking for additional join paths to capture the inital Deal that was associated with the Email sent. We are having trouble identifying this and can only view the Deal (and subsequent Deals) after the first click in our data.    We would like this to be provided to enchance reporting on number of Deals and thier associated Markets that is currently not availbel in present state.  ...read more

I would like to be able to require certain objects to associated before moving deals along in the pipeline. I know you can do it with a checkbox, but it's not clear in the way I would like it to be.    Ie. I want to require reps to associate a deal with a company, or associate line items with a deal before they move it to a specific stage. Allow users to create different highlight cards in the middle column for different pipelines and ONLY have the relevant card displayed if specific values of a property have been met.   We don't need to see all the card highlights if they don't serve the purpose in specific pipelines being viewed, customized or reported. With the recent expansion of associations in HubSpot (same object association, many-to-one associations, association labels, etc) it would be great if we could allow for a set association with an association label when creating an object.   This would be done via customising the "Create a record" form, under "Associations". Instead of just one association per object type, allow for multiple per object association label.   Example: Edit the "Create a deal" form. Under associations, you see two entries for the Company association. One is Primary company as usual, but then underneath you have Partner company, Partner being an association label that has been set up, either optional or mandatory.   Now when creating a deal, I must select the Primary company, but I also can/must select a Partner company.   This feature would be great for teams/users who input data into HubSpot. By allowing the option to be set to mandatory, it also improves data robustness.    Currently, we have no way to ensure that association labels are actually used. At our business we have internal processes that should be followed, but people forget to follow the process. I am trying to set up automated deal alert notifications via workflow that trigger when a deal is moved to Closed Won it sends an email notification to the relevant members of our team that then need to go and action accordingly.   The email would be sent to our Operations, Marketing and Finance teams so Operations can execute the deal, Marketing can market their involvement, and Finance can then go and send an invoice.    Within our notification we then include what products they purchased, and who from the company needs to be contacted for finance, for marketing, for operations.    I have created Company association labels for the contacts to be assigned to, but am unable to insert these data fields into the workflow email    I am also unable to insert the Products on the deal into the email either.    It would be great if workflows could support this functionality in the future  ...read more
