I’m wondering if there are any settings that allow for a customised column view for different deals or products under the line items. Currently, I can only see a default view, but I’d like to set up multiple views—one default and another for specific deals. In Pic 1 (attached), I’ve highlighted where I’d like to change the properties. However, as shown in Pic 2, it seems any changes will apply to all users, which isn’t what I’m aiming for. Our business model is a "Seller-Agent" model - a bit like the business model of a real estate agent that is selling different houses. Think of the individual house as the "pipeline" and the interested house buyers as "deals".   To sell House A, we set up Pipeline A where we track all potential buyers as deals. Naturally, we want to provide the seller of House A with frequent updates about how the sales process of his/her house is going.    For House B, we need a Pipeline B, with exactly the same stages, but with different deals (i.e. only buyers interested in House B). And so on...   Current Solution (how we use Hubspot today) We have 1 pipeline per house we sell and 1 overarching "housing pipeline" where we track the stage of the different housing sales process. (Happy to demo you this example in our hubspot.)   This works great with the caviat that after 14 houses sold, we will run out of pipelines (and will have to come up with a new solution). Given the fact that our model entails that eventually House A is sold (and thus Pipeline A isn't used anymore), it would be great to be able to archive Pipeline A (without loosing the history). When we sell House A, we no longer need Pipeline A, but want to keep the history for future reference (e.g. the use case being a bit like "remember the house C we sold in 2022 - let see who was interested in the house back then but didn't get to buy it and contact them again about house X".   Problem: 1. Today, we cannot "archive" a Pipeline, only "delete" it. This way, after 14 Houses sold (assuming we use one Pipepline as a "Master Pipeline" where each deal is one house (A, B, C, D,...)), we either need to start deleting Pipelines (in which case we loose the history - not an option), export the data before deleting (kind of missing the point of having a CRM), or upgrade to Enterprise (but besides being more expensive and cluttering the pipeline list we'd have the same problem again after 100 pipelines.)   2. Today, when we want to create a new pipeline for a new house, we need to configure the pipeline from scratch (e.g. create the pipeline stages, deal tags, etc.)   Expected Behaviour 1. If it were possible to archive a Pipeline with all deals in it, it would be possible to keep the "pipeline" history while staying below 15 open pipelines.   2. Setting up a new Pipeline B (for House B) with the same pipeline settings like Pipeline A is much easier if I can just "clone" Pipeline A with all the same stages and properties (but without House A deals, obviously).   Potential Use Cases (i.e. why is this actually relevant for Hubspot) - Real Estate Agents - Insurance Agents/Brokers - Fundraising (Startups/Investors) - Affiliate Marketers - Music/Sports Agents - Headhunters/Recruitment Agencies - etc. ...read more

Hello! I'm wondering if it's possible to require that a deal have at least one associated company after the first stage of our sales pipeline. In some cases, the company isn't known yet when the deal is at this first stage, but we want to be able to require that deals have at least one associated company before moving forward. Hello,   Our organization pipes HubSpot data into an external financial forecasting system, where "deal" objects share data bi-directionally with "project" objects in our external system. When a Deal in HubSpot moves from stage to stage, in the HubSpot web app, we require certain properties to be filled so our external system functions properly.  In Slack (nor the mobile app), required deal stages are not displayed nor enforced when a deal moves between Stages. Property stage requirements are critical for our implementaiton and we cannot use the Slack integration (which we dearly want to) until they exist.   With a priority for Slack, please add this to the roadmap! ...read more

Sales reps already hate filling CRMs out so I'd love to have the abiltiy to automate meeting outcomes. For example, if we have a meeting with a contact that is after today, then the outcome is set to "scheduled". Once the meeting has passed, then it automatically defaults to "completed". This also aligns with our deal stages so we could automate deal progression based on the meeting. For example, one of our deal stages is "demo scheduled". Then I can go in and create a workflow that has "demo" included in the meeting title and the date is in the future, then I can automate that deal to be put in "demo scheduled". ...read more

More and more, we are encountered with the need to mandate associations when moving deals/tickets/custom objects along the pipeline. Mandated associations "post record creation", the same way we can mandate properties to be updated based on a pipeline stage.   This means, we already have the mandated associations when creating a new record and we wish that we could for example mandate the association of a ticket with a custom object and/or deal before we close the ticket.   This association cannot be mandated from the creation of the ticket record. ...read more

A lot of customers are not very happy with the new Predictive Deal Score appearing in the Deals cards on mobile app. They have asked me to turn it off as its not helpfull/or its bein calculated custom in another property. It 'd be very useful that could turn on/off this new feature to be shown in the card, maybe could be a check to mark if we want to display it or no. In the future it 'd be even cooler to be able to select to shown a custom score in the card.   If 'd like to see this implemented, please upvote this idea.   ...read more

Currently, when using the Global Search Function, we cannot amend the default Global Search Results Settings to display properties in the Global Search Results View columns that are relevant to the specific business, and customise views to different teams/ team members in the business.    i.e. Global Search Results for Contacts only show default columns for Name, Email, Phone number, Primary company, and job title.  Global Search Results for Companies only show default columns for Company Name, Domain, City, Region, Phone and Company Owner.  Similarly, we are locked to default properties with Deals, and all other objects.    Goal  We are able to tailor the Global Search Results settings to meet the needs of different teams/users, much like the way we already can edit the object-specific search result views with the Contact/Company/Deal search tabs. This will enable us to:  - Choose properties to display in the Global Search Results view  - Choose order of columns that display  - Change length of column.   Different teams have different needs:    Use cases Different properties/columns to display for different teams  - Service teams may find it more useful to see a customer code property/column in the Global Search Results View; while they can use the Global Search to find the correct company, they can't see on the screen they are clicking on the correct company, because we cannot bring in the <CUSTOMER CODE> company property to the results view.  - If searching companies, would be great for sales teams to see the primary contact in a column, and click directly onto this, rather than needing to click on the company record, to then search for the primary contact  - If searching tasks, would be great to see the internal task owner in a column, so you can easily see accountability.    Ability to edit length of columns  There may be several entities e.g. deals, companies, with nearly identical names, but a small variation right at the end of the deal/company name. So we can correctly read the name, we need to be able to edit the length of 1 particular column in the display screen. This means we don't have to click into the record/hover over each record, to read it. e.g. COMPANY NAME is likely to be longer than other properties, so we want the ability to make this column longer than others.    ...read more

The introduction of Prospecting to manage leads is a welcome addition to HubSpot.  We have adopted it and over all it works really well.   However, some of the standard functionality in how you manage other record types (companies, deals and contacts) aren't available for Lead records.  This includes: exporting leads to a spreadhseet, and the ability to make wholesale changes to that export and re-import it back into HubSpot.  The ease of use of HubSpot doesn't seem to apply to Lead records which is frustracting and hard to understand.  Can this be fixed to make data management of lead data easier and encourage the adoption of the Lead feature in HubSpot?   ...read more
