Hi there,    As a HubSpot user, I would like to analyse forms and their submission in the custom report builder. This was already possible in beta, but was unfortunately removed again upon release. Unfortunately, @JoeMayall's  solution to this only works to a limited extent for our use case: "The best place to analyze form submissions is in the Form Analytics page (Analytics Tools > Forms)" What we need:   Filter submissions (e.g. by lifecyclestage of the contact) Further data on submissions (e.g. on which website took it place). Further options for graphical representation. Currently there are only Area, Column and Line. Drill down from the report to the individual contact. Similar to almost all existing reports, a table should open when the report is interacted with. At present, the report only links to the form. And most importantly: A report that depends on the exact time of the submission. First and recent conversion are too imprecise for this.   ...read more

Hi,   I created a report that used cross reporting across contacts and companies, and within the report I can add a date filter.    However, when I add it to my sales dashboard, the date filter for the whole dashboard doesn't seem to affect that particular report.   So, for now, I need to manually change the date range each time. How can we get the cross-object report to change data automatically on the dashboards? ...read more

It would be excellent to have the ability to report on a "time between" calculated property that permits the exclusion of weekends or certain dates and times. For example, for the HubSpot default ticket property "Time to close," it would be ideal to have the ability to edit this property OR create a custom calculated property that permits you to not include weekends. That way you could report on the days that passed between ticket creation and ticket closure in which your reps were scheduled to be actively working on the tickets. ...read more

As the ARR & MRR reporting is based around these properties, which are calculated via the Line Items, it's essential for accurate reporting that it be possible to make adding them to Deals mandatory. I've worked with a few organisations where this has been an issue now, and while creating 'Missing Line Item' tasks and reminder notification workflows for the sales reps helps, there are always going to be Deals here and there missing Line Items with the current, and so Annual & Monthly Revenue Reporting inaccurate. If it were simply possible to enforce the addition of Line Items so as to move between stages, or move the deal to Closed Won, the problem would be solved. As it currently stands I have a few clients with this issue, and I'm seeing between 40-60% completion of deals with associated product line items - making these key reporting properties unreliable and incomplete. Hi,   I'm missing the date property "entered stage date" from the Custom Report Builder.   The new builder is great (and allows for dual Y-axis, one of the things I was really missing). Our sales process is very lengthy and we frequently report on a weekly basis on "how many deals have moved into deal stage X". However, the date property "entered deal stage" is not available from the Custom Report Builder (while it is available in the 'normal' reports, which does not have the same customization features as the custom report builder).    Would love for you to add this, as the property obviously 'exists' in the dataset somewhere.    Current workaround consists of adding a workflow to set a date-stamp on a c ustom property ("Entered stage X on date:"), but this cannot be applied retroactively on previous deals.  ...read more

A few customers have requested a view in company and deal reports/filters of "has attachment" as a filter so they can look at records with attachments based on their process. In Activity Properties for engagements in Contact Lists, we can sort by Attachment File ID is known but we are unable to pull that information for Deal and Company reports and filters adding some difficulty to process for those that need to easily pull that data. ...read more

We are seriously missing a very basic report in the HubSpot dashboard.    We need to see the success rate of a pipeline. % conversion to WON    You have all the numbers at hand for one or multiple pipelines. W = All deals in WON stages L = All deals in LOST stages N = L + W Conversion rate = (W/N)*100    Show this over time, by day, week, month, year or rolling days, you know how it goes. And make it possible to group it by team, team member or source and more.    I simply cannot comprehend how this does not already exist as a standard report.   Please up-vote, so we can get this basic report added ASAP! ...read more
