It would be fantasic to be able to include actual survey feedback in internal emails. I've been creating a series of post survey workflows directing staff that their clients may not be happy with a recent experience and prompting them to follow up. It would be much easier to simply insert the feedback into this email, instead of linking them to a certain URL and asking them to find the client. By providing this context to the issues, it would make it much easier for staff to impress the potentially irritated customer with understanding their complaints without any additional work. It could also be used to alert management of any particularly bad feedback and allow them to follow up with staff as required. In a more positive use case, it could also be used to send positive feedback to management/team leaders so they can be on top of what staff are performing extremely well.
