Hi there! We've recently created a custom object for our account specifically for digital subscriptions so that we can track them and send marketing emails with custom tags. (Example: your subscription is expiring on [x] date).   We have no issue adding the tag to the email template body using personalization. However, we'd also like to add the custom tags to the Subject Line and Preview Text. The personalization dropdown for these fields includes Contacts , Company, and Deals, but the options don't include the custom object we've set up. Having this option would be super useful for ourselves, and likely others, to make these areas effectively personalized for contacts. ...read more

The new Custom CRM object works great, but it seems to not be able to display the associated object or filter by the associated object.    When exporting for reporting purposes, this creates a long list of disconnected records which isn't very useful. It would be nice if this displayed it as it does on the default objects. ...read more

Add a panel and a group for users to be added to "Data Protection" and then they will have use of GDPR tools like track a request for personal data, Maybe even create and download the file pre-made by the Hubspot system.  As a CEO of a company GDPR tracking is not easy without a decent system or portal to do on. ...read more

There are some really simple things I miss in the custom objects module now. For example, when having a company page open you can select "view (#) in filtered view" in the contacts associations frame which leads you to an overview of all contacts associated with this company. For the Custom objects module we can only click on "view more" which extends the records in the frame, but doesn't add any value because it is not sorted in any way, just random. It would be great if this has the same setup as the contacts associations frame.   Furthermore, when navigating through the custom objects there is no company assoication which can be added though Table actions -> Edit colums. I created a workaround workflow to show the associated company property, but this is not displayed as a link to the company. It would also be nice if we can search on associated company in the Custom objects module to quickly show a filtered view.    For example; when a client has 24 different car models listed as custom objects. I cannot search on the client name to have a filtered view of all his cars. I need to go to "more filters -> company association (property by workaround) -> contains "search term" to get the results i'm seeking.    It would be great if this is implemented in the custom objects module.   ...read more

It would be very useful if it was possible to view all the associated contacts to a custom object in a "filtered view" (as the list on a company level) where you can also search for a specific contact. Currently, the only option is to say "view more" and scroll through the list in the sidebar.  ...read more

We do use HubSpot for everything on the revenue side and rely on Chargebee for Subscription Management and billing.   Bringing these two worlds together is key to us. It seems that from the HubSpot side you are blocking a better integration that chargebee pushes for. I would really appreciate you certifying and helping to improve this connection as it allows us to us HubSpot as all in one system complimented by some integrations.    Without proper (meaning you supporting it) subscription management/billing tool integrations HubSpot is not a complete solution for SaaS companies.   ...read more

I read that we can make dynamic page with HubDB: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/cos-general/how-to-edit-hubdb-tables .   For the tables in dynamic page, it would be helpful to be able to use custom objects additional to HubDB. ...read more

On the right hand side of the conversations inbox you should be able to see the custom object as well that are associated with the currently selected contact record.   It should work pretty much the same as for deals and tickets.   This would help customer support agents to see other relevant information about the contact easily.   ...read more
