We need the possibility to list the association labels in a list / report between two related objects. For example we have contacts and companies connected with associations and different association labels. Right at the moment, I can create a table report with these related objects. I can filter the relations by labels. If I filter the associations, I can list the label name. But I want all related objects and a column with a (comma) separated list of the label names witch are on each relation. This is a short description of the problem.   The following description is a copy of the question in the community. Our setup has one associated object on top. This is a custom object related to contacts (and a company). This custom object is called Gremium (committee). The object has a property Name. The association to the contacts has a label called 'Präsident' and 'Vizepräsident' (president | vice president). All normal members has no labels on the association, only two people has a label. What I really want to have ist a list of all committees with all presidents / vice presidents and members with the 'function' (label name).   DataSource:     At first, I didn't configure any labels in the data source. Then I created the table report with one filter: name of the committee has to be known. Othewise I get all contacts with or without relation to a committee. Like this, I get no field association label.     Then I reconfigured the data source:   Then I get a field association label:   And at the end I reconfigured the data source again:   Now I see only the related contacts with the selected labels   This time with the name of the label. The product object page should operate like the contact object page showing property association history etc, but it does not.   Use case: I am testing product integrations and can't tell which product properties are updated by which integration. From the index view on any object type, we can check boxes to select multiple records and a Bulk Actions menu appears:   Please add the ability to "Bulk Associate" records to this menu.   This should honor the association settings and limits defined on the object settings. For example, if Ticket associations are not enabled, the option to associate a Ticket record won't appear.    Or if there is a finite number of maximum associated records, it would prevent the user from exceeding it via the Bulk Associate action.   It would be even better to set Association Labels in this same manner or remove associations entirely.     ...read more

Currently, when using the Global Search Function, we cannot amend the default Global Search Results Settings to display properties in the Global Search Results View columns that are relevant to the specific business, and customise views to different teams/ team members in the business.    i.e. Global Search Results for Contacts only show default columns for Name, Email, Phone number, Primary company, and job title.  Global Search Results for Companies only show default columns for Company Name, Domain, City, Region, Phone and Company Owner.  Similarly, we are locked to default properties with Deals, and all other objects.    Goal  We are able to tailor the Global Search Results settings to meet the needs of different teams/users, much like the way we already can edit the object-specific search result views with the Contact/Company/Deal search tabs. This will enable us to:  - Choose properties to display in the Global Search Results view  - Choose order of columns that display  - Change length of column.   Different teams have different needs:    Use cases Different properties/columns to display for different teams  - Service teams may find it more useful to see a customer code property/column in the Global Search Results View; while they can use the Global Search to find the correct company, they can't see on the screen they are clicking on the correct company, because we cannot bring in the <CUSTOMER CODE> company property to the results view.  - If searching companies, would be great for sales teams to see the primary contact in a column, and click directly onto this, rather than needing to click on the company record, to then search for the primary contact  - If searching tasks, would be great to see the internal task owner in a column, so you can easily see accountability.    Ability to edit length of columns  There may be several entities e.g. deals, companies, with nearly identical names, but a small variation right at the end of the deal/company name. So we can correctly read the name, we need to be able to edit the length of 1 particular column in the display screen. This means we don't have to click into the record/hover over each record, to read it. e.g. COMPANY NAME is likely to be longer than other properties, so we want the ability to make this column longer than others.    ...read more

At the moment, when syncing a custom object FROM Salesforce to HubSpot, you are asked to create an association for contacts in HubSpot. Salesforce has both leads & contacts, and so when you are creating this association you are forced to chose which one you want to sync over.   This means that I am losing a chunk of data - for example, all the records that are leads in Salesforce are now not associated to my new custom object records in HubSpot.   I'd love there to be an option to be able to sync both to contacts in HubSpot - this is possible in the current SFDC <> HS integration; it just seems to be an issue with the custom object sync which is fairly new. ...read more

I am travelling a fair bit for work and jump between time zones.   Example: I am in the CET timezone and will travel to the PST timezone from 05/01/24 <> 05/09/24. Hi everyone, I'm currently facing a challenge in managing communications with Co-Selling Partners in HubSpot. Our process involves associating these partners with multiple deals and companies. However, the system automatically syncs all conversations across these associations, which clutters the deals/companies with irrelevant information from other interactions. Problem Description: When I add a Co-Selling Partner as a contact to any deal or company, the system automatically syncs every conversation related to that contact across all associated deals/companies. This results in a lot of unnecessary and confusing information being shared where it's not relevant. I tried creating a new property at the contact level hoping to use it to deactivate the syncs via a workflow for contacts with this property enabled. Unfortunately, it seems that deactivating syncs this way isn’t possible. Proposed Solution: I believe a helpful feature would be the ability to manually deactivate the default syncing function for selected contacts. Specifically, it should allow: Adding a contact to multiple deals/companies without syncing their communication to those deals/companies. Maintaining visibility of all associations at the contact level to facilitate reporting, without the automatic sharing of communication. This feature would greatly enhance our ability to manage communications with Co-Selling Partners effectively, keeping all associated records clean and relevant. Has anyone else encountered this issue or found a workaround? Alternatively, if anyone from the CRM development team is around, could this feature be considered for future updates?
