The Associations function within HubSpot for Notes, Emails, Tasks & Meetings is almost useless. Creating a new Deal tags EVERYTHING that any shared resource (ie, company, contact, deal, etc) is also tagged in. I create a new deal and notes and tasks from other companies and deals are pulled into association but in reality are actually unrelated. The bigger the database is, the bigger this problem will be. There needs to be a way to sort by association & have a spreadsheet pane similar to contacts, tasks & other primary objects. There needs to be a way to stop this mass-automated association. I've turned off the Company sync, but that's not fixing new deals.
