We have a software tool that our users buy a subscription too, once they are in this post sale stage, they may require additional services/add ons. We want to be able to create a work flow that goes like this: User fills in a form with their service request. Request is created in Hubspot and associated with the right Deal and Company. The form updates some fields on the company record. The form also triggers a notification to an internal team member to action the service request. There is a pipeline that has 'requested >in progress> completed>' Once the service request has entered the 'completed' stage we want an automatic notification to be sent to the person that requested the service to advise them that it's complete.  We also require detailed reporting.  We don't have Service Hub, but do have Sales Enterprise and Marketing Hub. There seems to be 'tickets' available under our current plans, but I am not entirely sure of the limitations to this as I can't find anything about it on the plan info. We do not want to have to pay any more for our Hubspot access.  My solution was to create a Custom Object to manage this, but I am not sure if we should utilise the available Ticket functionality? At present Hubspot does not appear to have rules for Custom Objects. This is a feature that was introduced in February 2023 for Deals. This feature 'locks' the editing access on Closed Deals to View Only and only allows Super Admins to change these fields. This is an essential feature for Deal but this feature doesn't exist for Custom Objects. Once a Custom Object is moved to Closed we need to be able to limit editing access to Super Admins, the same as Deals. My company is an works in the insurance space and we have a Custom Object for insurance policies. Once a policy is moved to closed we need to be able to restrict the editing access to all those properties. Hi,   We have a custom object that we have created, called a Questionnaire, and it would be very useful if our team members could add new Questionnaires from the mobile app when they are travelling and away from a computer.   As of right now, you can only add HubSpot standard objects from the mobile app.   Please add this feature. ...read more

The goal is to have an automated Zip file creator, which allows my visitors to download multiple files at once. These files are sorted by a HubDB table.   Details: My products have a wealth of informational documents associated with them. Spec sheets, user guides, 3d step files, viewer software. etc. When a visitor wants a user guide, we ask for name/email. Next visit if he/she wants a different file, we then ask for job title. HubSpot progressive fields at work. All good! But...   In addition to this, what if we add a button to rule (download) them all?   The visitor fills out a long form and gives the 6 qualifiers my Sales team wants. First name/last name/email/job title/phone/country but in return, they get the entire suite of files associated to the product.   Sometimes the same file is used for multiple products, so a manually created zip file will not do. When one of these files is updated, ALL copies need to be updated as well. To counter this, we can pull the file names from a HubDB table and package them into a zip folder on demand.   No more updating the same file in multiple places and the visitor has all the information they need to help them in their buyer's journey. ...read more

I would like to be able to edit the 'Orders' object just like other objects, which is currently not possible.   We recently had to upgrade our Shopify integration due to Shopify deprecating certain API calls.   The new integration created a new object called 'Orders'.   When you go to HubSpot settings (top right gear icon) > Objects there is no 'Orders' object listed. Because of this, you cannot edit the setup, associations, pipelines, or record customizations.   Additionally, you cannot add the 'Orders' object to contact cards on both the right and left sidebars for easy viewing. I would like the 'Orders' object to show by default how the 'Deals' object displays on contact cards, but this is currently not possible.   ...read more

Hey team, it would be great if we could have contacts/companies/deals that are associated to a custom object record show up as default associations when we craft an email on the custom object record.   Currently only the association to the custom object record itself shows up, and it requires a lot of extra work to manually find and associate the contacts/companies/deals that should be associated to that email.   Thanks! ...read more
