Deal, Contact, or Custom Object page's UI is not customizable (unlike CRMs like Podio or Salesforce, where I have more flexibility), and the only way for me to add buttons or other things would be to use the CRM extensions that appear on the side of the page.   CRM Extension works perfectly for core entities (Deal/Contact etc) but does not support Custom Objects and that's the only way I have to actually customize the page with actions that my team can perform to 10x their performance.  ...read more

I am wondering if you have any plans to expand the company search parametres to look up for custom properties? In our use case, we have a custom property for 'trading name' where as the 'company name' default property is used to store the legal name. It would be great for the number of sections available on the left-hand side of a record to be increased from 30.   We have a custom object for our Projects team to manage large-scale customer projects. These projects are managed in phases with a conditional section in the view for each of those phases (plus the standard 'about this' section and 2 additional conditional information sections).   The large number of phases included in our projects means we are unable to create conditional sections for all of them.   Having the limit of sections increased would benefit not just us but other organisations working with large-scale data/projects or multiple teams utilising the same records as part of their processes. ...read more

Hi I'm a developer.   Currently I'm setting up an integration from a payment transaction database to be sync to HubSpot. I used custom object to be able to associate "Payment Transactions" to Deal and allow the Sales to easily see the payments made by the lead within the record. But generating reports directly from the custom object is quite difficult especially since process multi currency payments.   Being able to have a currency property within custom objects would be great.  ...read more

Our consultants deliver professional development services to our clients; usually in full- or half-day sessions. They use Meetings in HubSpot to schedule them. The sessions almost always start first thing in the morning. However, the consultants are often adding those meeting to their calendars in the evenings, after they've wrapped up for the day. As a consequence, they are forever scrolling back in the meeting time drop-down.   One more bit of contexts: to help in our planning and management, we've set up two different meeting "types" (one for a full-day and one for a half-day).   We would like to be able to set a default start and end time for a meeting type. So, if someone selected a meeting type of "Full Day", the default start time would be set to 8:00am and the end time to 4:00pm.   ...read more

As an event and entertainment company, the only thing we're missing right now on Hubspot is a calendar view. Each Deal in our system is either a potential or a booked event. It has an "event date" property and based on that date, we should be able to see what's in the pipeline for each weekend, and which of our talent is already booked. Right now there isn't an option to view a calendar of your deals and I have no idea how no one else has requested it until now. If we had the chance to view each month/week/day (like google calendar), it would be a game changer for us.   As of now, I go to the deals page and filter based on date, then scroll to the date I want to view and look at it as a list view. It's terrible.
