We've recently created a "Teams" custom object to represent accounts in our app. We would like all Contact and Company object activities (e.g. calls, notes, emails, etc.) to be automatically associated with the corresponding "Teams" record.

With the "create a deal" form you can have it so it defaults certain information such as the pipeline it goes into and the stage it goes to. It would be really useful if we could do the same with custom objects going into custom object pipelines. I have recently set one up and the whole team will have to complete the pipeline it goes into and the stage which is completely unecessary and just adds an extra administrative burden. It would be really good to have this additional functionality. It sounds like a small couple of clicks thing but it would really help drive efficiency especially across a large volume of custom objects.

"We're looking to add them to HubSpot custom objects so we can keep better track of who left us a review." (this idea is being posted on behalf of a customer.)

We have a workflow set up to automatically alert our team when contacts reach a certain amount in their score. In the notification we include all of the details the team member would need: Contact's: name, job title, company name, country and phone number. But immediately after our team member receives this email, they search for the contact in HubSpot. It would be SUPER HELPFUL to have the ability to include the contact's URL in HS within the notification.

It would be good just having a simple favourite tickbox on a record either company or contact that loads in at the top always would be a great feature so you dont have to always type in 3 letters. Or having a way to prioritise like e.g have a prioroty ranking A = client B = hot prospect C = warm prospect .. then the rest of the list just prospects. Every time you load companies the list would start on the A's then B's etc and you just scroll down to click on the ones you visit most.

Was so happy that we upgraded and got custom objects because for us the custom object that we create will be the opportunity for us, not contacts or companies (they are only associated with the deal). Disappointed to find out that we can't create a deal from the custom object and send it to the deals pipeline. I'm sure that a lot of companies that need to create a custom object would want to have this ability as well.

I would love it to be possible to use muiltiple objects in mail. At the moment the custom object feature is almost unsable in mails, since it can only be automated with a contact, no matter the association. It would the great to be able to send fx a transactional email, with the contacts name, product, and a custom object. But that is not possible a the moment. Broadly speaking would it be great if the upgrade the company object has gotten recently, would also apply to custom objects.

HubSpot appear to have released some great new product features 13 Oct 2021. HYPE & EXCITMENT We got excited with several of the features, what appear to be basic, overdue and much needed features by most CRM users. We spent some time research and confirm with Hubspot, exactly what new features we would have available under our current professional plans. DISAPPOINTMENT Disappointingly we have been informed by HubSpot support, despite having a HubSpot professional plan in place, we have no access to any of the new product features that were announced! So underwhelming. Build the hype, and then disappoint. Many of the new product features should be available for basic level features of all plans, not just specific professional and/or enterprise plans. Most competitor CRMs - Salesforce, ActiveCampaign - have these new product features already available, as part of all their plans. FUTURE PRODUCT RELEASES We get the reason that Hubspot want all users to upgrade plans, up to enterprise level. However, atleast treat existing Hubspot users with a bit more respect, if going to release new products, atleast be transaparent to existing customers on exactly which of the new product features existing HubSpot users have access to or not under their existing plans, to stop them wasting time and energy figuring out what they can use. 101 for product releases. Hopefully Hubspot can excite Hubspot users next time.
