I would like to be able to edit the 'Orders' object just like other objects, which is currently not possible. We recently had to upgrade our Shopify integration due to Shopify deprecating certain API calls. The new integration created a new object called 'Orders'. When you go to HubSpot settings (top right gear icon) > Objects there is no 'Orders' object listed. Because of this, you cannot edit the setup, associations, pipelines, or record customizations. Additionally, you cannot add the 'Orders' object to contact cards on both the right and left sidebars for easy viewing. I would like the 'Orders' object to show by default how the 'Deals' object displays on contact cards, but this is currently not possible.

The ability to sum a value within a deal, filtered to only calculate if another propety is within the current or previous calander month. This would be incredibly useful so we can see whether a client has hit a threshold within the current and previous calander months and then use a workflow to submit an email notification to their account manager. This is possible to track in reports, however as workflows can't be triggered by reports, this is not ideal. It is possible to botch this using workflows that set a hidden deal property to the month the date value is set and then the calculated property feeds from that. I've done this before for calander years, but this isnt ideal for months as it means that we have to update the calculated property every month.

PLEASE change your font back to the old one 🤓 the current one makes my eyes hurt and I feel irritatingly wasted when looking at it, especially when checking the task overview which makes it all the more worse 😂 Please please feedback to your design / product team I can't handle. Also hope I am not the only one feeling this way because that would actually make me the problem 😂

CRM_OBJECT_TYPE_OVER_THE_LIMIT error in HubSpot API Now only 10 dynamic pages can be created in HubSpot using the same data source. For example, a data source such as HubDB tables (or Custom objects) can only have 10 dynamic pages. This does refer to the editable pages. This also doesn't mean you can only have 10 dynamic pages total, it is specific to having the dynamic pages all using the same data source. If this limit will be more, that will be great!

At present Hubspot does not appear to have rules for Custom Objects. This is a feature that was introduced in February 2023 for Deals. This feature 'locks' the editing access on Closed Deals to View Only and only allows Super Admins to change these fields. This is an essential feature for Deal but this feature doesn't exist for Custom Objects. Once a Custom Object is moved to Closed we need to be able to limit editing access to Super Admins, the same as Deals. My company is an works in the insurance space and we have a Custom Object for insurance policies. Once a policy is moved to closed we need to be able to restrict the editing access to all those properties. Otherwise anyone can accidentally change the properties which can create significant issues for us.

Posting on behalf of a customer! The current custom object tool does not allow for us to filter/create a list of custom objects based on the company associated as well as based on the properties of a custom object. It will be great if we can do the following: 1. filter the custom object based on the company associated, 2. filter the custom object based on the properties of the custom object For example, to show the custom objects (e.g. number of services) that are associated to a company record, and then filter based on the properties of the custom object

We want to use "Tasks" more intensively for all sales activities. We cannot create a user-defined custom Property to build custom columns for our Sales Reps. It would be great to enable this functionality.

Hello there! We are a company consiting of many different branches and teams, just like many other companies. One of my daily struggles is cleaning out in the limited 250 videos with advanced features. However, there is little to no way of managing this in a satisfying way. I would love for the following to be possible: Export files from a filtered view Restrict what type of files users can upload (More limitations for videos with advanced features) Allocate a team / business-unit a certain amount of the total limit. Allow for better tracking, if they are part of a form (which is hosted) it will not show that in file usage.

I see that we can now see object association history, but not for custom objects, at least not from what I can see. Would like to see this extended to custom objects as well.

The goal is to have an automated Zip file creator, which allows my visitors to download multiple files at once. These files are sorted by a HubDB table. Details: My products have a wealth of informational documents associated with them. Spec sheets, user guides, 3d step files, viewer software. etc. When a visitor wants a user guide, we ask for name/email. Next visit if he/she wants a different file, we then ask for job title. HubSpot progressive fields at work. All good! But... In addition to this, what if we add a button to rule (download) them all? The visitor fills out a long form and gives the 6 qualifiers my Sales team wants. First name/last name/email/job title/phone/country but in return, they get the entire suite of files associated to the product. Sometimes the same file is used for multiple products, so a manually created zip file will not do. When one of these files is updated, ALL copies need to be updated as well. To counter this, we can pull the file names from a HubDB table and package them into a zip folder on demand. No more updating the same file in multiple places and the visitor has all the information they need to help them in their buyer's journey.
