In the Object views (Contact, Company, Custom Objects) I'd love to be able to rename the columns without having to rename the properties themselves.    For example, we have an object for "Services." In the object we have properties for the consulting hours they've purhcased and used, which then affect a calculated property for time remaining. The naming conventions are fine, but when I set up my view I'd love to change the column names so I can resize the columns. Hello product team,   For HubSpot admins, one of the biggest challenges is keeping a portal organized, cleaned up and prevent overall chaos. Especially in Enterprise portals with sometimes hundreds of users, it's almost impossible to get users to follow a naming convention for email names, landing page names, workflow names. Quickly this becomes a cat and mouse game where HubSpot have to constantly chase and remind users to name their assets correctly.   Why is this currently a bad user experience for users?   Naming conventions are usually documented outside of HubSpot, in a wiki, stored as a Google Doc or something similar along the same lines. Forcing them to interrupt what they're currently doing, look up a naming convention and then come back means that they're losing time. They also have to leave HubSpot momentarily. Even then, they might misunderstand the naming convention and type in an incorrect name.   Why is this currently a bad user experience for admins?   Incorrect naming means that list or workflow filters for Recent conversion might not work. It can also mean that reports become a mess, if these reports are pulling in asset names.   If admins have to look into this on a permanent basis, in portals where there are new assets every day, this takes time away from developing the HubSpot portal and generating more value for all users.   Here's what a solution could look like   To solve this, it would be great if there were tools to enforce a naming convention. Ideally, admins would specify what constitutes a correctly named asset and similar to the forms editor, arrange fields to their liking.   Here's a quick mockup of what this could look like when creating a new page.     The user could select from dropdowns which team they belong to, the language of the assets, the asset type, include a title and date. The system would then generate a title from this that cannot be further edited.   Admins should be able to specify the options for each dropdown, separators, order and field validation (e.g. max length for a title).   (In case this is eventually introduced, please consider to make this a feature that is at least included in all Professional and Enterprise subscriptions.)   I would love to see this for all assets in HubSpot: emails, workflows, lists, campaigns, imports, properties, files etc.   Thanks in advance for reviewing! ...read more

Currently we are not able to run reports looking at Activities within Custom Objects. It automatically defaults to Contacts and pulls the activity from the Contact record, not your Custom Object.   We use a few Custom Objects and I am trying to pull a report to show the Notes Body of the notes within our Events records.   The more reporting we can do, the better!    Please help. ...read more

Add a feature to specify the order of CRM card of assocaited records depending on which record you are viewing them from.   The feature would need to be able to specify a field and the ordering,  so if  you select  a Date you could pick "newest to oldest", if a number "highest to lowest", or text field "alphabetic ascending".     ...read more

GraphQL is a powerful tool that can be used (and currently is being used) in ways outside the CMS's scope. It's become a popular way to run advanced searches that the normal search endpoints can't handle. So why is it still paywalled in the pro and enterprise CMS plan? Every portal should have the ability to use GraphQL, just like every portal can use the search endpoint. There are a lot of things that people can't build currently because of their lack of access to GraphQL. Would love to see that changed. ...read more

I think it could be beneficial if there was a warning that could pop up before a user deletes any sort of necessary variable in the code of a template.   I made the mistake of going into one of our templates to make edits to our email footer, and deleted what I thought was repetitive text. I'm not well versed in code, so a warning of what I may be doing to my email template before I delete certain code would be super helpful. Hi there,   We would like to see the option to hide custom objects in the link structure contacts - custom object - {hidden}   This can be done by following the rules in the permission sets with an additional checkbox if the custom object should be hidden or not by those users that does not have access.    Layering these custom objects would also be a perfect solution but has more development workload behind it (see screenshot attached)  {custom object #1}       {custom object #1.1}       {custom object #1.2} {custom object #2}  {custom object #3}    Associations with the main #1 custom object {root} would need to be mandatory as a ground rule.     This feature will add value to companies that work with customer- and partner sides at the same time, giving them the opportunity to structurize their CRM set up in a much cleaner way when it comes to the information flow between customer- and partner sides.  ...read more
