Hello everyone,   I've just seen the new beta on workflows which allows to trigger them with a custom behavorial events. This is great but we have use cases where we need to trigger custom object workflows from these events.   I'm attaching the screenshot of the contacts functionality that I'd like to have for Custom Objects:       This would be a real plus for all systems that use event-based notifications on their web or application platforms. It would be great to be able to use GraphQL to load dynamic content in email templates.  For example, I have an Email that has be triggered by a deal in a workflow. In that deal is a custom object, lets say an Event. I would like the details of said event to appear on the email loaded via the triggering deal, and the Event ID in the deal and not by association.   {% set event = data_query.data.CRM.Event($id= personalization_token('deal.event_id', '0') ) %} or,   In an e-commerce email triggered by a deal,  a list of related products based on filters created by line items in the deal. We have created a Custom Object for Sales Tickets and use a pipeline BUT we are not able to make any properties mandatory unless its at the creation stage. We want to be able to make certain properties mandatory at certain pipeline stages.    For example, when the ticket goes to Closed, we have a Closed Reason section but this is being missed as it is not mandatory.  ...read more

Would like the option to associate the "Documents" that are uplaoded and tracked in the Sales>Documents section to companies, contacts and other ojects.   Right now if you want to associate your document with a company you have to download it from the document section, upload it as a file and attach to a company or contact record that way. You lose all view info and it doesn't link back through to the documents portal.   Add a "Documents" card to the sidebar of company, contact and other objects then. In the same way that "attachments" to get visibility from a company record of the associated documents with this company. See views and any other info you would in the Documents portal. ...read more

We are working with a custom object ("Projects") for our post-sales Delivery and onboarding process.  Playbooks are available on all standard objects (Companies, Contacts, Deals, Tickets), but not Custom Objects.  This would be such a game changer for our team to have access to Playbooks - all the users of our custom object have paid Service Enterprise seats to access other paid features like snippits and templates, but we're really missing Playbooks on this custom object.   WHO: users of custom objects, in our case - post-sales Delivery, for whom Deals and Tickets aren't quite suitable objects to use. GOAL: leverage Playbooks to embed working instructions in a custom object, and standardize the collection of critical data properties during the various pipeline stages for the custom object VALUE: easy onboarding of new team members, structured gathering of information and notes/documentation EXAMPLES: literally the same way Playbooks can be used on Contacts, Companies, Deals, and Tickets 😁 ...read more

Currently you can create a custom pipeline for a custom object and view/change your stages via a board like deals. We should also be able to create funnel reports (such as default reports available for the deal board).   This would be extremely helpful. We use both deals and custom objects to track sales progress. Deals and our Custom Object have different stages, but are associated with each other. We'd like to see a conversion rate between custom object pipeline stages and currently there isn't a report that makes that possible.   This is the report type we need for custom object pipelines:   ...read more

Currently we are not able to run reports looking at Activities within Custom Objects. It automatically defaults to Contacts and pulls the activity from the Contact record, not your Custom Object.   We use a few Custom Objects and I am trying to pull a report to show the Notes Body of the notes within our Events records.   The more reporting we can do, the better!    Please help. ...read more
