At present Hubspot does not appear to have rules for Custom Objects. This is a feature that was introduced in February 2023 for Deals. This feature 'locks' the editing access on Closed Deals to View Only and only allows Super Admins to change these fields. This is an essential feature for Deal but this feature doesn't exist for Custom Objects. Once a Custom Object is moved to Closed we need to be able to limit editing access to Super Admins, the same as Deals. My company is an works in the insurance space and we have a Custom Object for insurance policies. Once a policy is moved to closed we need to be able to restrict the editing access to all those properties. CRM_OBJECT_TYPE_OVER_THE_LIMIT error in HubSpot API   Now only 10 dynamic pages can be created in HubSpot using the same data source. For example, a data source such as HubDB tables (or Custom objects) can only have 10 dynamic pages. This does refer to the editable pages.   This also doesn't mean you can only have 10 dynamic pages total, it is specific to having the dynamic pages all using the same data source.   If this limit will be more, that will be great! ...read more

Hello there! We are a company consiting of many different branches and teams, just like many other companies. One of my daily struggles is cleaning out in the limited 250 videos with advanced features. However, there is little to no way of managing this in a satisfying way. I would love for the following to be possible: Export files from a filtered view Restrict what type of files users can upload (More limitations for videos with advanced features) Allocate a team / business-unit a certain amount of the total limit.  Allow for better tracking, if they are part of a form (which is hosted) it will not show that in file usage.  ...read more

The goal is to have an automated Zip file creator, which allows my visitors to download multiple files at once. These files are sorted by a HubDB table.   Details: My products have a wealth of informational documents associated with them. Spec sheets, user guides, 3d step files, viewer software. etc. When a visitor wants a user guide, we ask for name/email. Next visit if he/she wants a different file, we then ask for job title. HubSpot progressive fields at work. All good! But...   In addition to this, what if we add a button to rule (download) them all?   The visitor fills out a long form and gives the 6 qualifiers my Sales team wants. First name/last name/email/job title/phone/country but in return, they get the entire suite of files associated to the product.   Sometimes the same file is used for multiple products, so a manually created zip file will not do. When one of these files is updated, ALL copies need to be updated as well. To counter this, we can pull the file names from a HubDB table and package them into a zip folder on demand.   No more updating the same file in multiple places and the visitor has all the information they need to help them in their buyer's journey. ...read more

Hello everyone,   I've just seen the new beta on workflows which allows to trigger them with a custom behavorial events. This is great but we have use cases where we need to trigger custom object workflows from these events.   I'm attaching the screenshot of the contacts functionality that I'd like to have for Custom Objects:       This would be a real plus for all systems that use event-based notifications on their web or application platforms.
