I would like to see the ability to create and enforce field dependencies.  So if you check a box or select an option of a picklist, there is another field that pops up as a result.  (i.e.  there are 2 deal types, you select 1 and then fields for that deal type pop up that you don't need if you were to have selected the other).    Also, I'd like within the deals to be able to require updating of fields based on the deal type.  (i.e. if the deal type is X, you have to complete certain fields at closed/won) ...read more

This is a two-for-one idea.    First, ideally searching would open a search window that could be recalled once clicking away by using the browser's back button.     Second, the search results would be a customizable table or card view.    As a sales rep, I'd like my search to open in a window, so that I can return to my search results if I click on the wrong result, without re-searching.     As an admin, I'd like to customize the fields shown for search results. Currently in the Hubspot's Zapier Integration, custom objects are not accessible as triggers or actions. We would like to be able to run formulas for dates and all sorts of other actions that are beyond the capabilities of Hubspot's workflow automation tools. We need an easier way to search custom objects.  Currently you need to go to a different object's list screen, then select your custom object's list screen, then search.  This is way too difficult.     Can we just include custom objects in the global search? ...read more

The custom object is a really cool feature from Hubspot, but after creating multiple objects, as a superadmin, you start thinking, who from your team can have access to this object or that one. But UNFORTUNATELY, its not possible git give access to members of your team to specific custom objects.    Its either you give them access too all custom object or you dont !   And this is really problematic in my case. We need the ability to link one record to another record via a property.    Problems we are currently facing: a contact can be associated with a deal but... this association does not tell us what this contact does on this deal. a custom object can be associated with a deal but... this association does not tell us what this custom object does on this deal. a contact cannot be associated with another contact. For example, I'd like a property called "Spouse" and another called "Father". Solution: We need a "Link to another record" property type, available on all objects. We want to use "Tasks" more intensively for all sales activities.   We cannot create a user-defined custom Property to build custom columns for our Sales Reps. It would be great to enable this functionality.    ...read more

I find that the HubSpot app is very limited. It would be great to access / edit custom objects within the ios app. Currently I can only see the default Deals / Contacts etc.   @dennisedson what do you think? ...read more
