It would be incredibly valuable to have HubSpot automatically generate Stage Calculated properties—Date entered [stage ID], Date exited [stage ID], Latest time in [stage ID], and Cumulative time in [stage ID]—for ALL standard and custom object pipelines, not just Deals, Leads, and Tickets.   For instance, the Service object is an excellent tool for SaaS companies to track implementation or activation milestones. However, while a "Service Stage Properties" group is created by default upon activation, users must manually create the stage calculated properties, which is time-consuming and inconsistent with the functionality already provided for other objects. Since this capability exists for Deals, Leads, and Tickets, extending it to all pipelines (e.g., Service, custom objects) would streamline setup, improve reporting consistency, and enhance automation workflows across the platform.   Why not make this a universal feature for all object pipelines? ...read more

Currently in the text snippets and email templates tool, it's only possible to use tokens from standard objects such as contact, company and deals. It cannot pull any custom object fields which is a huge bummer.   It'd be really useful if HubSpot can implement this feature for enterprise accounts who have data spread out across multiple standard and custom objects. Il y a la notion de propriétaire d'entreprise, de contact etc mais par exemple il se peut très bien qu'un utilisateur Hubspot ait ajouté un numéro de téléphone sur une fiche prospect sans pour autant en être le propriétaire. Hi HubSpot Community! I recently chatted with HubSpot support about an idea related to conditional cards. Currently, when creating conditional display logic for cards, we can only set one condition at a time. However, my team often encounters scenarios where multiple conditions would significantly enhance the user experience and streamline our processes. For instance, we would like to: Display a deal card specifically when Client Type = Carrier AND Deal Type = New Deal. Or perhaps when Client Type = Customer AND Deal Type = Renewal. Even when Client Type = Vendor AND Deal Stage = Proposal Sent. Allowing multiple conditions would enable us to create far more targeted and relevant deal cards tailored to the specific needs of various internal teams, including support, customer success management (CSM), onboarding, and even sales operations. This would not only improve efficiency but also enhance our team’s overall productivity and accuracy in managing client interactions. Additionally, implementing this capability would assist our team significantly as we are currently considering migrating several of our teams from other platforms onto HubSpot. Being able to tailor deal cards based on multiple criteria would considerably ease our transition and adoption phase, improving overall satisfaction with the platform. The HubSpot support team indicated that, although this particular functionality is not currently available, it is on their development radar for potential implementation later this year. It would be highly recommended to have the option to edit the properties that appear in the manual meeting record in a company/contact. Both to add new ones and to select whether they are mandatory or not. Also, not to link some meeting propierties to the call properties, such as ‘Call and meeting type’.  ...read more

Hi there, I've been exploring the use of Marketing Events for one of our clients, and while it's a promising feature, I've noticed a few areas where it could be more robust. HubSpot Form Integration: Currently, Marketing Events only allows visibility into integrated events, but there's no way to associate events created through HubSpot Forms. Adding this functionality would provide users with a seamless way to track and manage form-based events directly within the object. List Association Display: At the moment, list associations are displayed as links to open, which feels disjointed. A more integrated approach would be to display lists directly within the Marketing Event. This enhancement would keep users within the Marketing Events object, streamlining their workflow and improving reporting capabilities. This post is to allow workflows to create custom object to custom object associations.   A we have Custom Object 1 created when a certain product is sold and Custom Object 2 is created when a new business deal is closed won. I want to create a workflow that allows me to associate Custom Object 1 to Custom Object 2 after creation. Both custom objects are associated with a shared Company record. Currently, when using the Global Search Function, we cannot amend the default Global Search Results Settings to display properties in the Global Search Results View columns that are relevant to the specific business, and customise views to different teams/ team members in the business.    i.e. Global Search Results for Contacts only show default columns for Name, Email, Phone number, Primary company, and job title.  Global Search Results for Companies only show default columns for Company Name, Domain, City, Region, Phone and Company Owner.  Similarly, we are locked to default properties with Deals, and all other objects.    Goal  We are able to tailor the Global Search Results settings to meet the needs of different teams/users, much like the way we already can edit the object-specific search result views with the Contact/Company/Deal search tabs. This will enable us to:  - Choose properties to display in the Global Search Results view  - Choose order of columns that display  - Change length of column.   Different teams have different needs:    Use cases Different properties/columns to display for different teams  - Service teams may find it more useful to see a customer code property/column in the Global Search Results View; while they can use the Global Search to find the correct company, they can't see on the screen they are clicking on the correct company, because we cannot bring in the <CUSTOMER CODE> company property to the results view.  - If searching companies, would be great for sales teams to see the primary contact in a column, and click directly onto this, rather than needing to click on the company record, to then search for the primary contact  - If searching tasks, would be great to see the internal task owner in a column, so you can easily see accountability.    Ability to edit length of columns  There may be several entities e.g. deals, companies, with nearly identical names, but a small variation right at the end of the deal/company name. So we can correctly read the name, we need to be able to edit the length of 1 particular column in the display screen. This means we don't have to click into the record/hover over each record, to read it. e.g. COMPANY NAME is likely to be longer than other properties, so we want the ability to make this column longer than others.    ...read more
