Scenario:    We want to make a SMART CTA that sends mobile traffic to either the iOS store or Google Play Store based on their mobile device. For Desktop, we want to send them to a different destination.   Currently, we are able to perform this action using a button module on our Landing Page. However, buttons can not be added to campaigns as assets nor are they reported on in the basic landing page analytics.    Sure, a custom event can be created in analytics, but tying that back to a specific campaign isn't as straightforward as it could be. Hi everyone,   I use HubSpot in Germany, so maybe my words do not match with those in english. Sorry for that.   I have an issue for the CTAs tool under the Marketing Menu. I have designed my own subscription button CI-conform for E-Mail-Marketing for example as double-opt-in confirmation or as a link to lead the customer to the subscritption-preference page. While I am creating my marketing-mails, HubSpot offers to create simple CTAs with only text to do the task as mentioned above, but I want to choose my own designed CTAs.  So here ist the problem. There is no option for my own created CTAs to choose subscription options. I don't understand why the options are possible in the E-Mail-Marketing section, but not for own CTA creations. Creating on behalf of customer:   It’s not currently possible to attach a stylesheet to a CTA. Although it's possible to attach a stylesheet to a page or page template, and so style CTAs, those styles aren’t used in the CTA editor itself. It’s thus not possible to preview how a CTA styled by a custom CSS class will look without creating a page and adding the CTA to it (as well as attaching the appropriate stylesheet to the page). While, on one hand, this provides for some amount of flexibility from a development perspective (e.g., a single CSS class applied to a single CTA can be styled differently for different templates which load different stylesheets), in practice it seems that it would be more useful to see a button’s styles outside of a page context, particularly for non-developer users who may not know or remember that it requires multiple steps to style a button. For HubSpot themes and custom page templates which already include button styles, this might involve removing/refactoring/overriding those, but the end result would be a more portable style framework for HubSpot themes and CTAs overall. ...read more

It would be REALLY good to have a central location to control CTA styles where I would be able to create some styles that could be selected by people with lesser permissoins.  It would also control the default CTA style which would mean I wouldn't have to go through the portal fixing them.    Also, if the company has a rebranding, it would be good to have one style / place to go to change the style of many CTA's. Last year I had to go through hundreds of CTA's to update the look to the new branding.    Thanks again for your support.  ...read more

That would be very useful to have an option not to use CTA button in popups at all to use them for informative purposes like to inform visitors about regional holidays or that our support team is overloaded etc. ...read more

One area that I think could be improved is the reporting element on CTAs.    For instance, I see a contact has a clicked CTA X, however when I go to view the analytics of CTA X there's nothing on the screen that tells me where that CTA is placed.    It'd be super useful if the table also showed which emails or landing pages the CTA was on. I suppose the workaround is to have a solid naming convention, however the report would be great. ...read more

Hello! I was working on my landing page's CTA in Hubspot today, and I was trying to create a CTA was thinking of using the CTA to redirect potential leads to another section of my landing page without going to a new site or landing page. I tried to do so but didn't find any settings for it and the other method I found was to use HTML codes (which means this will only work if I'm not using Hubspot).   Since I'm using Hubspot to create my landing page, I think it would be a great idea to create an option for CTA to be linked to the same landing page but to another section.   For example, I put my CTA somewhere on the top part of my page, and the CTA will directly bring the potential leads to the bottom of the page which I have put a form for them to fill. ...read more

Hi everyone,   I would like to be able to trigger a Ticket-based Workflow based on the interaction with a CTA that was sent via an Email. Currently, this doesn't seem to be possible.   One use case is to allow anybody who received an E-Mail with a specific Ticket-number, to be able to close a Ticket by clicking on the CTA in an Email.   Thank you for looking into this! ...read more
