Idea: Allow smart rules to be created directly based on contact property values using conditions like "is equal to", "is greater than / is less than", similar to what’s possible when building active lists. Currently, to personalise content based on contact property values, you must first create segmented lists for every possible variation you want. This results in bloated list libraries and adds an unnecessary layer of complexity. Instead, we should be able to configure smart rules with direct contact property criteria during setup, without needing a list. Use Case: Let’s say I want to show a specific message or CTA only to contacts whose lead score is above 75, or whose number of form submissions is less than 3. Right now, I must pre-build a list for every threshold I want to use in smart content, which: Adds friction to setup Slows down iterations Makes personalisation harder to scale Clutters the list dashboard with one-off rules Proposed Solution: Enhance Smart Rules so that they allow direct filtering on contact properties with operators like: is equal to / is not equal to is greater than / less than is between contains / does not contain (for text fields) This is already standard behavior in list building and workflow triggers. Smart rules should offer the same flexibility.
