Hello, I just tested the BETA Version of the Pop Up CTAs. Unfortunately it offers only the available Goolge Fonts for the design. My corporate fonts is not from Googly Fonts, which means I cannot create a Pop Up CTA in the same font as on my website. This does not make sens.   Please implement this function. I am using a cta in several modules on the same page using {{ cta("guid") }} however I have noticed that the generated html use a html id that is not unique (shared for all the common CTA). This seems to be penalized in pagespeedinsight accessibility section, and is generally considerred to be an invalid html practice. Could we add an option in a CTA to make the html ids unique ? The id seems to be cta_button_number_hubspot-cta-id (eg: cta_button_2458562_ce018fe5-be95-45b7-8ca3-fc23e2d8adfa). Maybe we could append a random number after or a count. If the hubspot id of the CTA is important, it can still be stored in a data attribute. But the html field id should be unique and clearly cloning a CTA to have unique id is unpractical when one needs to change a CTA text or destination link ...read more

It would be useful to receive notifications when a winner has been found for a CTA that's set up as a multivariate test. With the ability to toggle this feature on/off (perhaps in the Settings page under my Notification preferences), I wouldn't have to manually check if a multivariate has been declared a winner or not.  ...read more

Hello product team,   For HubSpot admins, one of the biggest challenges is keeping a portal organized, cleaned up and prevent overall chaos. Especially in Enterprise portals with sometimes hundreds of users, it's almost impossible to get users to follow a naming convention for email names, landing page names, workflow names. Quickly this becomes a cat and mouse game where HubSpot have to constantly chase and remind users to name their assets correctly.   Why is this currently a bad user experience for users?   Naming conventions are usually documented outside of HubSpot, in a wiki, stored as a Google Doc or something similar along the same lines. Forcing them to interrupt what they're currently doing, look up a naming convention and then come back means that they're losing time. They also have to leave HubSpot momentarily. Even then, they might misunderstand the naming convention and type in an incorrect name.   Why is this currently a bad user experience for admins?   Incorrect naming means that list or workflow filters for Recent conversion might not work. It can also mean that reports become a mess, if these reports are pulling in asset names.   If admins have to look into this on a permanent basis, in portals where there are new assets every day, this takes time away from developing the HubSpot portal and generating more value for all users.   Here's what a solution could look like   To solve this, it would be great if there were tools to enforce a naming convention. Ideally, admins would specify what constitutes a correctly named asset and similar to the forms editor, arrange fields to their liking.   Here's a quick mockup of what this could look like when creating a new page.     The user could select from dropdowns which team they belong to, the language of the assets, the asset type, include a title and date. The system would then generate a title from this that cannot be further edited.   Admins should be able to specify the options for each dropdown, separators, order and field validation (e.g. max length for a title).   (In case this is eventually introduced, please consider to make this a feature that is at least included in all Professional and Enterprise subscriptions.)   I would love to see this for all assets in HubSpot: emails, workflows, lists, campaigns, imports, properties, files etc.   Thanks in advance for reviewing! ...read more

Currently, there is no way a newsletter reader can share the newsletter within their network. I feel there should be an option to create a CTA where by clicking the button, compose email should pop up and the reader should be able to share the newsletter . ...read more

~ Submitting on behalf of Kimberly   Currently, we aren't able to track where HubSpot CTA is being used externally, i.e non HubSpot Pages. We can only track the locations for HubSpot CTA that are being used in direct HubSpot Assets (HS Landing Pages, HS Emails, etc). It would be great if there is also a tool that would allow users to track where HubSpot CTA is being used externally. For example - maybe the ability to add notes on HubSpot CTA Record for users to fill up and insert a list of external landing pages.   Currently, users would need to create their own spreadsheet and track the locations for HubSpot CTA that is embedded on non HubSpot Pages. ...read more

Hi, I create monthly emails to prospective residents and currently use a CTA button to schedule personal tours. Their Info is then used in HubSpot workflows, etc. etc. I would find it extremely helpful if I could generate a CTA, get the link from that CTA, and insert it in a button created by another app (i.e. Stripo) - I find the HubSpot styling tool very limited and basic. It would save a lot of time by just using the code in my template instead of having to go back and forth every time I make an adjustment.   Thank you. ...read more
