It would be great if we could get the option to just add a play button over the video without having to ask someone on our graphics team to make a thumbnail just for that.   Make it a toggle so if you do want to have a custom image vs the Youtube, Vimeo, whatever service you can turn it on and off.   Without a "play button," there's no clear CTA here and just creates an extra step for our team to create an image for it.     ...read more

It would be wonderful & time saving if the Sales template emails had a section to add a CTA.    Right now, I have to go to Marketing > Lead Capture > CTAs > create a CTA.  Then I have to take a screen shot after it's made & upload it to my images.  Then, I can finally go to my Sales template, insert the image, & add a link.     HS has nearly everything else, why doesn't it have this?  A good chunk of my emails are made in these templates & this would save time & make procedures more efficient. ...read more

Hello, I just tested the BETA Version of the Pop Up CTAs. Unfortunately it offers only the available Goolge Fonts for the design. My corporate fonts is not from Googly Fonts, which means I cannot create a Pop Up CTA in the same font as on my website. This does not make sens.   Please implement this function. hi all posting on behalf of my customer:    they are looking for a way to be able to set time-based rules for their CTA to show, specifically they have a "Call Us" CTA and they not want it to show on weekends when no one is able to mend their phone line.    At the moment, we are able to utilise smart content for our CTAs but we do not have a way to detect the contact's device time/day of the week to be able to not show them certain content. It'd be good to be able to track button clicks within an email without having to use CTAs, specifically for instances where you don't want/need to add an URL to the button (ie YES/NO RSVP to an event). ...read more

I don't know about you but one of the most underrated things is the standard email signature. Why are we stuck using images and updating them in the traditional way? adding a CTA to signatures allows you to update the CTA in real-time, track what ideas and promotions are working and provide smart links.    I have managed to add a CTA to our outlook signature and it works for images - update a CTA image it changes ( and that is powerful being able to change all signatures at once and any signature from sent emails updates to the latest promotion) smart links work.  The only catch is the tracking doesn't work, the response I received is that's not what CTAs were originally designed for, but so what? this is so powerful and could bring signatures into a new era. Ironically the most issue I had was adding the CTA to Hubspot. some of the team have been great helping me with that but it needs to go to the next level and be available for all businesses.  Hubspot please spend time on this I don't think it would take much development time but it changes the way businesses think about signatures.  ...read more

It would be great to have the ability to add a CTA directly into the "display a thank you message" within the basic forms editor rather than just a basic link. This option is available if I edit directly on a landing page, but in this case I want to place the form on a website page that is not a Hubspot page.     ...read more
