I thought changing the date range would change the clicks and views for that period, but it filters on the CTA's you've changed in that time range. It works in the Analyze tab though.  It would be nice to be able to select one or more CTA's to see the amount of views or clicks without assigning campaigns in the Analyze tab. And it's great that we can see the amount of clicks in the new CTA's. In addition, it would be insightful if we could analyze at which pages the views and clicks occured. ...read more

Hi there,   The new CTAs tool, with popups, banners, etc, is severely limited in its font choice. I know it's in Beta, but the actual "button" part of the CTA allows you to use Google Fonts, while the Rich Text module does not. This is very limiting from a branding perspective and it would be great if Google Fonts were available across the board in this tool. Thank you! ...read more

Good morning,  I would like to suggest that HubSpot create or make accessible properties to hold data on CTA views, clicks and submissions in the style of the property Marketing Emails clicked, etc. Right now, the only way to pull this data to a list (and workflow) is to add each CTA individually to the list criteria.  We have a situation in which we anticipate hundreds of CTAs to be produced (our company is large, with six marketing divisions across the U.S. and Canada, each encompassing anywhere from 1-16 submarkets).  While we are utilizing smart rules where we can to minimize duplication, there are still way too many CTAs to effectively manage by updating them one by one to a list.  There is currently a performance report that shows an individual CTA on its dashboard that includes a dropdown filter for Views, Clicks and Submissions.  However, these same filters are only available as options when a single CTA is selected.    Would it be possible to create a contact property that would store this data for all CTAs a contact has viewed, clicked or submitted? so the number of CTAs clicked, number of CTAs viewed, etc.  I would love to be able to build a list or set a workflow trigger for  "clicked any CTA", "viewed any CTA", etc.  Thanks to any and all with insight on this!  CTA dashboard ...read more

When you are using a Popup CTA as a Banner along with a Chat bubble the bubble is covered by the banner.  This prevents a user from accessing the Chat bubble while the banner is being displayed.   I can change the z-index of the widget iframe from 9998 to 9999 within my css file but thought it would be better if it did that by default. ...read more

Hi Community! I wonder what you think of this idea...   Many of our clients want to be able to send dynamic URLs to customers in their emails, especially in deal related emails, but you cannot currently put a dynamic URL/property behind a CTA or button.   This means that the only way to show them their link is just to plop it into an email, which often isn't very pretty.   I feel like this is an essential feature, especially for ecommerce and anything to do with quotes/POs!   What do you think? ...read more

Creating on behalf of customer:   It’s not currently possible to attach a stylesheet to a CTA. Although it's possible to attach a stylesheet to a page or page template, and so style CTAs, those styles aren’t used in the CTA editor itself. It’s thus not possible to preview how a CTA styled by a custom CSS class will look without creating a page and adding the CTA to it (as well as attaching the appropriate stylesheet to the page). While, on one hand, this provides for some amount of flexibility from a development perspective (e.g., a single CSS class applied to a single CTA can be styled differently for different templates which load different stylesheets), in practice it seems that it would be more useful to see a button’s styles outside of a page context, particularly for non-developer users who may not know or remember that it requires multiple steps to style a button. For HubSpot themes and custom page templates which already include button styles, this might involve removing/refactoring/overriding those, but the end result would be a more portable style framework for HubSpot themes and CTAs overall. ...read more

One area that I think could be improved is the reporting element on CTAs.    For instance, I see a contact has a clicked CTA X, however when I go to view the analytics of CTA X there's nothing on the screen that tells me where that CTA is placed.    It'd be super useful if the table also showed which emails or landing pages the CTA was on. I suppose the workaround is to have a solid naming convention, however the report would be great. ...read more

Hello! I was working on my landing page's CTA in Hubspot today, and I was trying to create a CTA was thinking of using the CTA to redirect potential leads to another section of my landing page without going to a new site or landing page. I tried to do so but didn't find any settings for it and the other method I found was to use HTML codes (which means this will only work if I'm not using Hubspot).   Since I'm using Hubspot to create my landing page, I think it would be a great idea to create an option for CTA to be linked to the same landing page but to another section.   For example, I put my CTA somewhere on the top part of my page, and the CTA will directly bring the potential leads to the bottom of the page which I have put a form for them to fill. ...read more
