I'm using Hubspot as a Customer Success Manager and my biggest pain point is that once a deal is "won" then there is no longer an automatic association of engagements with the contact e.g. emails, marketing emails, intercom or zendesk interactions, up to the deal or company level. This means that there isn't a single view of the customer/account (we're B2B) and it's not possible to click on every contact to get a good idea of what's going on with recent engagements with the customer. This is something we could bring in a Customer Success tool to do however Hubspot is so close as it's got everything in there, it's just spread across the different levels of contact, deal and company. So in summary, I would love to be able to automate so that everything that happens with a contact is shown on the deal record (and possibly company record too)
