Hello, I have sequence emails set up in a threaded manner. However, each follow up email simply repeats the initial email subject instead of inserting a "RE:" Is there way to have the subject line include a "RE: [SUBJECT]" such that it appears to the recipient that you've actually gone into the original email in your sent box and replied-all to the recipient as a follow up? Many of my reps personalize sequences in advance with images. Right now there is now way to a) Copy and paste an image inside a sequence b) Add an image via the button in the footer like you would for a canned template Do we have any update on when this will be ammended. Point b) seems more like a bug than a feature request

When you click on a marketing email from the list view, you can see not only the performance of the email overall, but which actions were taken by specific recipients in the funnel. A simple add on. By default we have the email syncing turned off so we dont wind up with countless contacts in the CRM we dont wish to have in there for whatever reason. While on the road someone email a sales rep directly. In some cases the rep will want to add the contact to the CRM. Ideally the rep could copy their BCC email from their mobile account under the settings panel to forward the contact into the CRM. At present their BCC email addressed are only housed in the desktop version.

I successfully managed to connect my Inbox and install the Add-in for Outlook 365 Web as well as the Extension for Chrome. I successfully logged and tracked an Email in my Hubspot Contacts. In the settings for the Add-in for Outlook 365 Web I can turn on tracking and logging per default. But in order for those defaults to apply when I create a new mail, I always have to click the more options button (...) on the bottom of the edit window and then click the Hubspot icon. That makes two clicks per each message I write just to have tracking and logging enabled for this one message. Is that really the way it works? Is there no way to just turn on tracking and logging for all mails? That seems insane and very much error prone. Thanks in advance for your time and your help!
