Dear HubSpot Support Team,   Our team relies heavily on HubSpot, and Snippets are an essential tool we use daily to log Notes and Activities on Tickets. They are critical to our workflow efficiency and maintaining communication consistency across the team.   We’ve noticed a key difference between the HubSpot mobile experience on Android and iOS: On Android, users can simply type # followed by the Snippet shortcut in the text editor (Notes or Log Activity), and the relevant Snippet suggestions immediately appear for quick insertion. On iOS, however, this # shortcut functionality does not seem to work. Instead, iOS users must either: Manually switch to the HubSpot keyboard (which disrupts typing flow), or Tap the Snippet icon in the toolbar and select the Snippet from a list (a multi-step process).   Our question: Is there currently any way on iOS to trigger Snippet suggestions directly by typing #, just like on Android—without having to switch keyboards or rely on toolbar icons?   If this feature is not yet available on iOS, could you let us know: Are there any recommended workarounds or faster methods for inserting Snippets on iOS—ideally ones that do not involve switching keyboards or multiple taps? If no such workaround currently exists, we’d appreciate any suggestions or tips you might have to help streamline Snippet use on iOS in the meantime.   We believe that implementing this consistency between Android and iOS would greatly improve the mobile productivity experience for teams like ours.   Thank you for your time and support. Currently, HubSpot allows users to assign any owner from the list of all users to properties that are marked as "Hubspot User" type.   While this is useful in some cases, there are scenarios where we don’t need to display all available owners.   For example, in specific teams or departments, we only want to show a certain list of users rather than everyone in the account. Proposed Solution:   I would like to request a feature that would allow HubSpot admins to configure a restricted list of users for "Hubspot User" type properties.   This would streamline the process of assigning owners, reduce confusion, and make the experience more relevant for different teams within the organization.   This feature would allow us to:   Customize the list of users available in the "Owner" dropdown for specific properties. We'd like to be able to limit the view/edit/use rights for Products to certain teams/users, just like with all data objects.   Specific use case: client has 2 divisions. Hi, Simple request. We need more fonts on email templates which are used for one-to-one email.    users now have to change the font when they select a template from HubSpot through the Outlook HubSpot Sales tool. Or even when you send an email from the contact record in HubSpot, the number of fonts is very limited.   Now users have to change the font on the email (in Outlook) when using an email template due to the limit of 7 fonts that are available. Problem: At the moment, Insights does not work for every field properly. Well, I would like to show my anger to the developers team, because they have made a change without giving an optimal solution to what was already there. When you enter an owner property, there used to be a search box, so that you could identify the user name according to the ID. I do not understand what was the reason, nor who was the genius who approved this change, but I can tell you that it was a mess.   Please, I would like to ask you to implement again that search box, as it is something very useful and necessary for many of the developments and integrations that are made. As part of our sales process, we like to schedule our first meeting with a prospect to be 45 minutes. We refer to this as Initial Meeting but it's basically just a discovery meeting that we typically do via Zoom. Our BDRs are reporting that they no longer see it defaulting to 45 minutes for scheduling purposes - it's defaulting to 30 minutes. I thought it would be an easy fix but I'm not seeing any options to set default length for a specific meeting type unless I"m missing something. Please help.  ...read more
