Hi, Simple request. We need more fonts on email templates which are used for one-to-one email.    users now have to change the font when they select a template from HubSpot through the Outlook HubSpot Sales tool. Or even when you send an email from the contact record in HubSpot, the number of fonts is very limited.   Now users have to change the font on the email (in Outlook) when using an email template due to the limit of 7 fonts that are available. The recent update to the preview page on recent activities is causing more work and more clicks that were not required before. Last activity used to have a short preview of the activity, so I was able to tell if I logged the call as left a voicemail or connected. Now the preview has been removed, and I have to expand it which takes over the complete preview pop-up, especially for long emails. Please bring back the first few lines of the recent activity section on the preview side pop-up.  ...read more

Well, I would like to show my anger to the developers team, because they have made a change without giving an optimal solution to what was already there. When you enter an owner property, there used to be a search box, so that you could identify the user name according to the ID. I do not understand what was the reason, nor who was the genius who approved this change, but I can tell you that it was a mess.   Please, I would like to ask you to implement again that search box, as it is something very useful and necessary for many of the developments and integrations that are made. Problem: At the moment, Insights does not work for every field properly. As part of our sales process, we like to schedule our first meeting with a prospect to be 45 minutes. We refer to this as Initial Meeting but it's basically just a discovery meeting that we typically do via Zoom. Our BDRs are reporting that they no longer see it defaulting to 45 minutes for scheduling purposes - it's defaulting to 30 minutes. I thought it would be an easy fix but I'm not seeing any options to set default length for a specific meeting type unless I"m missing something. Please help.  ...read more

Within our database, we have a lot of duplicate companies because companies have multiple URL variations (i.e. www.brand.co.uk / www.brand.com /www.sub.brand.com, etc)    When we're merging these company accounts, we're losing visibility of all the different URLs as it's just keeping the most recent one.    Please can you amend the process to keep a fields records when merging, and not delete anything? Perhaps set up a review process which asks what you want to do with company data in fields that are both (keep, replace, keep both).  ...read more

I think one of the biggest problems with hubspot forms is that, whenever there is a reason to make changes to a form (for example add new fields, edit dependent fields, change GDPR settings etc), you need to do it one by one on all the forms. It would be much easier if you could create different template forms (for example one for newsletter signup, one for lead gen, one for book a meeting etc) and then clone from these templates. Once you need to edit a form, you can just edit the template and have the option to edit all forms that are using the template.  Using the same form is often not an option, because of different CTAs, the form being added as an asset to different campaigns, or different languages for example.  I really hope you will work on this, its a really messy job right now... ...read more
