At the moment, if an email conversation begins with a team email, but someone goes to respond with their personal email address (even if that email address is connected to HubSpot), the replies will not be tracked under the contacts information. An example: A lot of our leads come into a shared inbox and then one sales person will pick it up and respond. When they do this, their response isn't logged on HubSpot so it looks like no one has gone back to the lead. If we could have a fix for this it would make the whole conversation process more seamless.
