Hi there HS Community,   It would be nice to have the ability to either disable the Chat (Messages) feature for mobile devices (while keeping it enabled for Desktop) or customize a different visual for mobile vs. desktop, as the default "bubble" is quite large in mobile now. This makes it hard to see the other content on the page unless the visitor hits the X, making it a very interruptive option for them in this view. Just adding a "show circle icon only in mobile" toggle would be perfect, if allowing for further customization would be too much trouble.   Thank you for considering, Sara ... Mostrar más

When a visitor comes to a website enabled with the Messages chat feature, they might click on the icon. If there is a default welcome message, and the user does not interact, the widget then shows a "1" notification alert implying a new message exists - even though it is still just the original message.   Change of feature: Do not show the "1" notification (red circle with text) unless a new message appears. ... We keep missing chat's because someone will walk away from their desk for a few minutes when it's their turn in the round robin. There should be an option that all members get notified of a chat and it is first come first serve. We are a small team that is constantly moving around, so setting your chat as "away" everytime you have to talk to someone across the office or go to the bathroom is nearly impossible. ... If you are online and a customer begins to chat with you, it would be nice, to have an automated message, which write "Hello" or "Hello, I am .... Could you please give me your email if the connection was interrupted." ... Mostrar más

We have customers who request an online quote through our quote request form and are placed in a workflow, then they immediately turn around and ask for a quote from a chat operator. Since they've already converted by filling out the form, it woud be great if we could automatically exclude them from seeing the chat window and requesting the same information twice. ... Should be able to see all messages when you drill in to a deal. Sometimes we talk to many contacts associated with a single company/deal. It really limits the usefulness when you have to drill in to each contact to see if there was a chat. Generally, any place you are showing emails, you should also show chat/messages. ... Mostrar más
