When you reply or forward an email from HubSpot, the editor does not include the email trail so, if you need to forward an email but edit or remove one of the previous emails in the thread before you do, you have to create a brand new email which then breaks the conversation chain.   Is it possible to get the email thread included in the editor? ...read more

The issue still prevails with contacts going straight to the point and asking their question instead of answering what is presented (like Name). Hello,   I open this thread for anyone who needs specific file extensions allowed for sharing in chatflows.   In our case, we need the ".bc3" extension, which is the standard data-transfer format for construction measurements in Spain. Ability to set permission controls to users for the conversations section (limiting the ability to bulk close/delete conversations) I just had a rep accidentally close over 100 conversations by accident and had no clue they even closed them all. Then had to manually reopen each conversations 1x1 as there is a way to bulk close but no way to bulk open.  ...read more

We have a call team (2-4 people)  which use HubSpot to manage their leads ect. They all have Sales seats so they can make calls and emails straight through HubSpot.   We are looking for find a way to track and log all time spent on calls, emails, meetings ect BUT we want to be able to show any holiday/absences in their log so we can report on the productivity correctly based on the time they are in work.   It would be great to have a schedulling tool within HubSpot for us to manage this and show it in reports. ...read more

Goal: We would like to set the associated contact of a conversation to "Spam/Unqualified" as soon as the conversation has been marked as spam.   Desired function: "Marked as Spam" should be available as a trigger in conversation based workflows.   Why is this important: This way we can ensure that we can clean up our CRM quickly and easily and delete spam contacts easily.   Add.
