Hey hey, we would appreciate the feature, that email signatures will automatically be added when a team member replies to an email within the Conversations / Team inbox. Currently we are using snippets as a workaround, but that should not be the long team solution. Otherswise it doesnt make sense to add a team inbox to hubspot nor does it make sense for our customers to not be able who they are in contact with. Since we are customer centric, thats not what we want

When using the Inbox feature, each item must be opened individually. Multiple selections and batch actions are not available (example for closing batch emails or assigning in bulk) The individual action only results is an extremely tedious and time consuming and inefficient process for managing messages through hubspot.

As our organization does a lot of work with Latin America, WhatsApp integration is essential for the growth of our organization. It is a tool that is necessary for any business in Latin America and integration with HubSpot would make our job so much easier. Please consider ASAP!

We need some type of forwarding tool in hubspots inbox so we can send emails to different departments within out company. Currently we are unable to change who the email is being sent to when replying.

When people talk to us in Facebook messanger, the replies stay buried in MARKETING > SOCIAL > MESSANGER > AUDIENCE. This is pretty useless. These should really appear in the Conversations Inbox with the rest of the messages we receive as an additional channel. Thanks

It's challenging to keep the Messages app open all the time in my browser. It would be amazing if I could be notified of new chats in Slack. Even better would be the ability to hold the entire conversation right in Slack, with the option to switch over to the CRM.

The messages feature is tough to manage in a busy office. I'm the only key contact for online chat. And I have various other duties. I'm often 'popping up' from my computer and forgetting to turn off chat. This is causing constant frustration to those seeking quick answers. I know that other like propgams have an 'auto-away' type feature that detects when your computer is dormant for 2 - 3 minutes. If so it will automatically indicate that you are away and defaults to an email response. Of course it would be great for the feature to detect when you are back 'in-use' and switch back to live chat. This would be a great feature to add.

I set my chat settings so that the chat launcher will hide outside of our business hours. Since I'm using a bot to greet and capture the name & email address of the person wishing to chat - my chat availability settings are being ignored. So I'm getting incoming chats when my sales reps aren't available. I'd like for the bot to hide outside of business hours, just like the chat launcher would IF I wans't using a bot.
