The idea is simple, not all our users should see all emails that come to the inbox, but only the once that are assigned to them.   Sometimes (eventhough there is a diffrent address for that) partners send us sensitive information to our info@,  we still want to track the info@ but dont want it to be available for everyone. This can be annoying but it also can be dangerous, because it can also happen with tax consulting office, insurance, Applications etc.   So the idea is to add another level to the permission, not only if a user  hast permission to see the inbox, but also if he can see only assigned mails or all the mails. ...read more

While there are some conversations notifications options and workflow options based on conversations, right now there is no way to set up a notification that sends to the owner of a conversation when it has not been actioned within a certain period of time. Ideally this is something that could be adjustable and have the option to notify other static users if desired (such as a supervisor). For example, if an email or a chat comes into the conversations inbox and is assigned to a user, to have the ability to configure after X minutes without a response from the user, send a notification to the assigned user and / or to other fixed users such as a supervisor. When someone uses Compose and sends out an email from an inbox, that person automatically becomes the owner of assignee of that conversation.    A very useful feature would be to make those responses go Unassigned if the assignee is offline or Away, so that someone else can easily spot them and take care of them.  ...read more

Hi team, posting an idea on behalf of a customer! It's great that our current chat widget allows users to attach a screenshot to submit in the chat.   That said, there's this feature that Google has for in their feedback module: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/4912092/using-html5-canvas-javascript-to-take-in-browser-screenshots   Basically, for the"Feedback Tool" pop-up window that appears in the bottom corner of the user's device, there's a button in the pop-up that allows users to create a screenshot from the current screen to submit directly with their feedback.    So it'll be pretty cool if the chat widget has an option that allows user to snap a screenshot from their current window with a button! ...read more

Currently the Chat bubble is fixed and has options to show by certain time, exit intent & scroll percentage. However, it gets nasty and blocks the content when it appears.
