Can we raise up vote for create custom channel source for conversation inbox API? since there is still on BETA and looks like we just have as is channel to use on conversation due to the API didn't have 'CREATE' request, one of my client facing struggle when they need to connect their social chat apps like telegram in hubspot (since for now i bring solution to using Timeline API to capture the conversational by ticket based), hopefully we can adding any other custom source channel for chat conversation!   Backlink issue ...read more

Hello team, before Hubspot we used Zoho Desk and we had this option Auto Cc e-mail replies to your support mailbox Automatically send a carbon copy (Cc) of all email messages that you send, to your support mailbox. This way all our replies from Zoho Desk are CCd automatically to the responsible team. For example mails sent from Support are auto CCd to support, mails from Sales are auto CCd to sales team.   We are using G Suite of Google for our e-mails and we have some shared (forwarders) mails like sales/support/billing. Each time someone sends an email to one of this all the members of the group receives a copy at the google mail account and hubspot to in order to appear this mail to converation inbox. The problem is when we reply to the customer using hubspot. When we do that we need to Auto CC or BCC the responsible team like sales/support/billing in order to keep a copy of the sent mail to google inbox.   Is this any way to do this on Hubspot?    Thanks ...read more

While Hubspot is very vocal about putting customers and users first, there has been a clear oversight in the features of Live Chat.    I have a situation where I've applied the same targetted message across multiple pages (using the Website URL | Contains| domain.com/folder/ rule). What this means, however, is that when a user visits a page with this targeted message, they are prompted with a Live Chat prompt message. If they see the prompt, close it, and then visit another page with the same targetted message, the prompt message pops up again.    This is great from the business's perspective, but doesn't solve for the user and diminishes their UX. The only workaround is to completely remove the prompt, which would risk missing engagement opportunities.    Can Hubspot develop a feature that: Enables us to suppress this prompt once a user has closed it. Allows us to determine whether the prompt should be suppressed indefinitely, for that session only, or for a certain number of sessions. ...read more

Our business create support tickets on a Conversations relating to support. It's the conversation we escalate as it's the primary location our support team work from.      Just as email communications are logged against the ticket, Conversation comments should also be available as a note against the ticket which allows our users to search, as well as see a full history of the communications (internal and external) from the ticket view.    Currently, users are searching in the main search bar of HubSpot, selecting a ticket, and then navigating to the Conversation.   It's currently an unintuative workflow but perhaps we're using it wrong?     p.s. there is also no way to create a workflow which copies the comment to the ticket for those who do use it this way. ...read more

hi team at the moment the customer portal can only display one thread per ticket but there are many users who will grealy benefit from being able to show all threads associated with the ticket on the customers UI, just like how we view it on the ticket record.    This is incase, the emails sent are not threading by any chance, which would result in customer missing out a reply via the customer portal view. ...read more

Hubspot has this nice new "Conversations Inbox" that helps team handle non-personal emails like "contact@company.com" or "support@company.com". Each inbound email is like a ticket, who gets an owner. We like that but...   We miss a simple, high impact feature: we can't define a sender nice name. The sender name that the recipient sees is not right: - Currently: recipient sees "contact@company.com" - What we want: recipient sees "Company - Contact (contact@company.com)"   Could you please get this fixed?     ...read more

Hello, please add to the team signature in the service area when people write a mail or reply from the shared inbox so that the individual signatures of the individual people can also be inserted there. With the individual photos of the staff members + the phone numbers of the respective contacts. Simply so that it can also build up a better bond with customers, because you have a face in front of your eyes with whom you are writing and not just text. And it also makes a uniform impression in the direction of marketing. The feature would be great because that's the only thing holding me back from completely switching our mail communication from Gmail to Hubspot Teamwide. I'm currently looking at other tools like Zendesk, Missive or similar to get this solved consistently for a further team scaling from 10 towards 100 employees. But I would actually like to keep it centralised in Hubspot in order to produce as few additional interfaces as possible for automation and artificial intelligence.   ...read more

The Problem?   I realised that our team works at certain hours of the week while they clock out at certain times. It is tedious to keep reminding ourselves to manually set our availability Coversation Status eerytime.   The Solution   Wouldn't it be great to automate or configure our Conversation Status depending on the time we are available for work by submitting our work times?   Hubspot Meeting scheduler can be a great example. Imagine using the below screenshot to set your work times for the Conversation Availability.       ATM, we have to manually change the below status everytime we are not available.      Any thoughts? ...read more
