Hi guys,   I have been trying to switch from using a Shopify chat flow to using Hubspot's chat flow, but there are a few key features missing.   As an FYI, I want to use HubSpot's so that all conversations are in one location, and I can create details and add leads to lists when the message through the website etc.   When a customer messages who have not set up an account with us, their name appears as an unknown user. It is possible to make a user input their name and email before the chat begins like in Shopify Inbox?   This feature is essential for us.   Thanks in advance!   Cameron. ...read more

Hi, it would be great to be able to have more than 50 views for inboxes since they are shared between inboxes we can not really use this feature as we would currently be limited to 3 views per client and if we add clients in the future we will then need to drop below 3 view per inbox. It would also be helpful to setup a provate view on an inbox so that I can create filters that may be helpful for me to see but may not be helpful for other teammates.  ...read more

When using both the Chat and Leadflows there's an increase chance of bombarding the user with lots of pop-ups.    Also popping up the chat welcome bubble right away can be extremely annoying to users who haven't had a chance to look at the page at all yet.    Please consider adding the following options for chat targeting...        ...read more

Context When an inbox is set up to create tickets, it will do so for anything that arrives and is not marked as spam. If an email arrives and is marked as spam, no ticket will be created from the email. If an email is accidentally marked as spam, a user can go into the folder and unmark the conversation as spam. However, no ticket will be created when the conversation moves out of the spam folder. The user has to create the ticket manually. I'm starting to create more and more reports around Conversations and would love it if there was a Dashboard filter for "Conversation Inbox" similar to how there are filters for "Ticket Pipeline" and "Deal Pipeline".   Right now, I have to add the filter to each report, which is very tedious. ...read more

Currently it is only possible to discover where an original request was directed to by drilling into the ticket, then into the associated conversation. It is not possible to filter tickets by the channel, nor is it possible to filter conversations by the channel. This seems like a huge omission. Please fix! By way of explanation, we have multiple email addresses monitored through Hubspot, and these take the recommended route of automatic ticket creation, via a ticket pipeline. I investigated this fully, with Hubspot support requests and apparently it is not even possible to set the channel information in the ticket via an automation. Currently when an end user searches the Knowledge Base in Bot Conversations, 5 articles are displayed. From a user perspective, I think showing 5 articles in a chat bubble can be very overwhelming. It would be great to be able to place a limit on how many articles are displayed, or be able to revert to the old system of showing 2 articles.    EDIT: As of April 3rd, it looks like all bot conversations now display 2 articles again rather than 5, but I still think this might be a beneficial setting for Hubspot Users.  ...read more
