Add ALT Text field at the file manager level

We should be able to set a default alt text for all images in the file manager and then be able to override them on a page-level when adding images (as we can now). This would make it easier for us to use this in the IMAGE HubDB column, as we would then be able to pull in appropriate alt text for each image. ...read more
