When leveraging the filter for Recent Sales Email Replied, we're finding that contacts who are CC'd on an email are displaying in the results. This creates misleading reporting, incorrectly attributing a "reply" to someone who didn't actually respond to the email. When wanting to create automation around recent replies (say to automate task creation for Sales to follow up in X time, or send surveys to contacts who've recently responded/interacted with Sales, or send specific Marketing campaigns), this failure creates time-consuming sorting work in order to ensure we're delivering a great customer experience. Would love to see Hubspot come up with a way to sort out CC'd contacts so that they're not misrepresented in our data.  ...read more

please make it possible to have an easy option in the contact view. contact information: create a setting file upload. you go to the column of your contact clicking there and a pop up will ask to upload a file. and then to have a choose : upload Document A or Document B finally to have a overview please let that shown in the contact view to see which file is uploaded    perfekt ...read more

Dear HubSpotters 🤖, in the past we had the possibility so see all the points in time when a contact list was modified directly on the trend line of the list perfomance within the performance tab. It was so convenient since we could easily spot when the filters were changed and the direct impact those actions had on the list #s.  I recall there was a specific marker on the point in time where the chage occurred.  Now, if we go on the `details` tab, we can see the `last updated` date but it is not enough and not precise as it was looking at it directly on the trend line. Also, now we can see only the last change, so we are missing what happened in the past. I prefer sending emails directly from Outlook with the HubSpot Sales Plugin tool.   I really wish there was a shortcut to create and follow up tasks associated with email contacts and the company involved. Now I manually have to do this in HubSpot instead of being able to do it in this sidebar. Would really save me and other a lot of time.     ...read more

It would be great to be able to automate when "notes" on a contact is being updated in Hubspot and receive a notification in Slack.    For reporting purposes this would be great, so we dont have to manually check each contact and what the latest status is.  ...read more

It would be beneficial to have a third status for Marketing Contacts. Instead of just "Marketing Contact" or "Non-Marketing Contact", add a third one "Becoming Non-Marketing Contact" (or similar).    When a user marks a Marketing Contact to change to a Non-Marketing Contact, it would then sit in this transition status until the end of the month when it would become a Non-Marketing Contact.   That way we can set up views / reports to see how many Marketing Contacts we will have available next month, as well as seeing instantly if a contact is being changed from one to the other. ...read more

It would be great if I could select a set of contacts in "Contacts" and have one of the bulk actions be "resync with salesforce". The only way to bulk-sync a set of contacts with salesforce right now is to create list> "Actions">"Resync list with salesforce."   Removing the extra step of creating a list would be great for keeping a mess of lists out of our Hubspot instance.  ...read more

Hi there,   while reading through the developer API and having the first tests completed I could not find a way to create a scheduling page via the API yet.   So the usecase is to create multiple scheduling pages regarding different topics for different owners and getting back a link for a meeting name, which can then be shared via e-mail for instance or integrated in another website using an iframe. Afterwards  prospects should be able to book meetings with the scheduling pages link.   Did I overlook that option or is just not possible (yet)?   Thanks in advance ...read more

When you have a lot of columns in a list or table in HubSpot in can be troublesome to analyse since the name columns disappear when "scrolling" to the right. It could be nice to fix on or more columns in place so, lets say the name of a contact or company, is always shown when you look at all other columns.  ...read more
