Love that you released the inbox automation. Much needed feature. However, do you plan to have this available for shared inboxes? We use the conversation tool for our shared sales inbox and often find that contacts come into our system and the properties don't get added. Often these are in the signatures so we go and manually add them which is a large time committment. I have some sales people who think being able to just hit enter would be easier than clicking the Save button in CRM (i.e., creating a note). If this could be an option per user, I think this would be a great option.   Support has already told me this isn't currently an option.  ...read more

When leveraging the filter for Recent Sales Email Replied, we're finding that contacts who are CC'd on an email are displaying in the results. This creates misleading reporting, incorrectly attributing a "reply" to someone who didn't actually respond to the email. When wanting to create automation around recent replies (say to automate task creation for Sales to follow up in X time, or send surveys to contacts who've recently responded/interacted with Sales, or send specific Marketing campaigns), this failure creates time-consuming sorting work in order to ensure we're delivering a great customer experience. Would love to see Hubspot come up with a way to sort out CC'd contacts so that they're not misrepresented in our data.  ...read more

I prefer sending emails directly from Outlook with the HubSpot Sales Plugin tool.   I really wish there was a shortcut to create and follow up tasks associated with email contacts and the company involved. PLEASE UPVOTE IF YOU ALSO WANT THIS FEATURE!    I know there must be another post, but I can't find it.    This is specifically a request to the product team to improve the functionality of these fields. My SDRs shouldn't have to differentiate between "61192" and "61223" as sources of leads. If you can't figure out how to grab the name of the API the data is coming from, how about a simple translation table in the setting so we can decode these in the UX?    There are a lot of great workarounds that are possible, but Hubspot is, at its core, a marketing system. Would love to see the options when I want to log an email from Outlook to allow me to pick which contacts to associate the contact to if they are related to multiple companies. I can do this within the portal but the plug-in would be even better with the functionality as well.  ...read more

My company uses the ticket feature heavily and @'s people inside of tickets to let people they need to do that request. For example, if John needs to do something on Ticket X we can @him which is a great feature. However, sometimes we want to @ a group of people. For example, a request might be to our hardware department and I would like to be able to @hardware. I'm wondering if HubSpot currently has a way to do this?
