When leveraging the filter for Recent Sales Email Replied, we're finding that contacts who are CC'd on an email are displaying in the results. This creates misleading reporting, incorrectly attributing a "reply" to someone who didn't actually respond to the email. When wanting to create automation around recent replies (say to automate task creation for Sales to follow up in X time, or send surveys to contacts who've recently responded/interacted with Sales, or send specific Marketing campaigns), this failure creates time-consuming sorting work in order to ensure we're delivering a great customer experience. Would love to see Hubspot come up with a way to sort out CC'd contacts so that they're not misrepresented in our data.

please make it possible to have an easy option in the contact view. contact information: create a setting file upload. you go to the column of your contact clicking there and a pop up will ask to upload a file. and then to have a choose : upload Document A or Document B finally to have a overview please let that shown in the contact view to see which file is uploaded perfekt

I prefer sending emails directly from Outlook with the HubSpot Sales Plugin tool. I really wish there was a shortcut to create and follow up tasks associated with email contacts and the company involved. Now I manually have to do this in HubSpot instead of being able to do it in this sidebar. Would really save me and other a lot of time.

It would be great if I could select a set of contacts in "Contacts" and have one of the bulk actions be "resync with salesforce". The only way to bulk-sync a set of contacts with salesforce right now is to create list> "Actions">"Resync list with salesforce." Removing the extra step of creating a list would be great for keeping a mess of lists out of our Hubspot instance.

PLEASE UPVOTE IF YOU ALSO WANT THIS FEATURE! I know there must be another post, but I can't find it. This is specifically a request to the product team to improve the functionality of these fields. My SDRs shouldn't have to differentiate between "61192" and "61223" as sources of leads. If you can't figure out how to grab the name of the API the data is coming from, how about a simple translation table in the setting so we can decode these in the UX? There are a lot of great workarounds that are possible, but Hubspot is, at its core, a marketing system. Let's make it a useable one by making this improvement. PLEASE UPVOTE IF YOU ALSO WANT THIS FEATURE!

Would love to see the options when I want to log an email from Outlook to allow me to pick which contacts to associate the contact to if they are related to multiple companies. I can do this within the portal but the plug-in would be even better with the functionality as well.

My company uses the ticket feature heavily and @'s people inside of tickets to let people they need to do that request. For example, if John needs to do something on Ticket X we can @him which is a great feature. However, sometimes we want to @ a group of people. For example, a request might be to our hardware department and I would like to be able to @hardware. I'm wondering if HubSpot currently has a way to do this? If not then I'd like to suggest the feature.

We often receive email addresses with typo's that need to be corrected since there was useful activity data that needs to be transferred to the correct email address. When manually editing the email address from .co to .com or @ Hubpot.com to @ Hubspot.com I receive the prompt saying the contact already exists. Upon receiving the prompt it would be useful to ask if I would like to merge the record into the existing contact.

Regarding notes on contacts when calling a contact. Previously, when creating a task for a call, a line would appear with info: regarding call logged on Wednesday... This does not apply anymore after the latest update. Can we please get this feature back? When I make a new task for a NOTE – a line appears with info: Regarding note logged on Wednesday, September 11, 2019, 9:30 AM When I make a new task for an EMAIL – a line appears with info: Regarding email: Info fra Publico Kommunikation, sent on Friday, September 6, 2019 10:34 AM When I make a new task for a CALL – a line appears with info: Add description?? It would be a great help if you changed it back as earlier – so that the same information – Regarding CALLS – also is added automatically as it used to be.
