From the index view on any object type, we can check boxes to select multiple records and a Bulk Actions menu appears:   Please add the ability to "Bulk Associate" records to this menu.   This should honor the association settings and limits defined on the object settings. For example, if Ticket associations are not enabled, the option to associate a Ticket record won't appear.    Or if there is a finite number of maximum associated records, it would prevent the user from exceeding it via the Bulk Associate action.   It would be even better to set Association Labels in this same manner or remove associations entirely.     ...read more

The pop up screen for merged records only allows users to "merge" or "cancel" so if a user wants to reject the merge, they have to click out and reject on the previous screen. It would be wonderful to be able to reject from the pop-up screen.  ...read more

1. This would be mainly for marketing (lead generation) but would have a direct impact on the sales and service department, which uses a CRM adapted to the automobile sector. 2. The aim is to synchronize leads (those generated with hubspot tools) with CRMs designed for the automobile industry. This synchronization can be done easily, simply by making it possible to send an automated e-mail following the submission of a form filled in by a lead in Auto-lead data format to a specific ADF address. (see point 5) 3. The value this would add is not measurable, it would enable automation and connectivity between sales and marketing tools for automobile companies using similar systems. 4. ADFs are practically standard in the automobile industry when it comes to lead and customer data management. Activix is the CRM I use. 5. Here's an example of a situation where this would be useful. In preparation for an event or promotion, a landing page is created with a CTA directing to a form to generate a lead. Once the form is filled in, the information is sent to an ADF email (example: xxxxx@leadactivix.ca) in the following format: The information in yellow is the information that would be filled in on the form. Our sales reps do not use the Log Activity function because some fields are missing. They don't use the preset actions provided by the app and instead, we have configured new actions in the About Tab>tap Edit>open Activity>tap the custom actions we have set for them.  The issue with this is that the data is not easily accessible like the preset actions in the normal Log Activity button. We would like a way to put our own actions in that button so our reps can easily reference the data. ...read more

Please can you make it possible to easily edit a contact or company values in the fields of specific properties WITHIN hubspot IN LIST VIEW MODE ... APPROACH? View a list - any list +/- filters. Clicking inside a property field for a specific contact or company and right click to edit. Update the content in same view without having to go into the record. Be able to say copy/paste to the other/next contact rows.  WHY? Sometimes there are specific pieces of data to update for multiple records and this can be more quickly done inside hubspot if this function exists. You can also quickly view different columns and make overall quality data checks and updates this way. EXAMPLE USE CASES 1 - Review and edit a list of contacts and notice a/several mobile ph no is in the land line field or has been incorrectly formatted for SMS purposes. Easier to go down the columns and update quickly with this approach. 2.  Update a number of contacts for a company with the correct state or city or identify and edit data gaps needed. 3. Update multiple or any column fields for a group of contacts or companies eg the reallocation of specific accounts to a new owner This is important for database quality management and minimising the bulk export/import to then do that function inside excel. GOAL? Minimise errors and time in import/export processes for changes that could be more efficiently achieved within the list view in hubspot. The whole goal of this addition to the Hub Spot platform is to help our salespeople create a process within "Create Deal" on the Sales platform. Ideally we should be able to enter all the information in for creating a deal then when we get to the bottom we need to "Associate deal with". At this current moment you cannot add a new contact or add a new company while in the deal creator. There should be a button to add a new contact or add a new company if desired. Most of the time in sales we are getting these deals from new prospectable clients that we do not have in our systems. Adding a button to add new company and contacts would make the "create deal" portion of sales a one stop shop to pull all customer information in.  ...read more
