We need the possibility to list the association labels in a list / report between two related objects. For example we have contacts and companies connected with associations and different association labels. Right at the moment, I can create a table report with these related objects. I can filter the relations by labels. If I filter the associations, I can list the label name. But I want all related objects and a column with a (comma) separated list of the label names witch are on each relation. This is a short description of the problem.   The following description is a copy of the question in the community. Our setup has one associated object on top. This is a custom object related to contacts (and a company). This custom object is called Gremium (committee). The object has a property Name. The association to the contacts has a label called 'Präsident' and 'Vizepräsident' (president | vice president). All normal members has no labels on the association, only two people has a label. What I really want to have ist a list of all committees with all presidents / vice presidents and members with the 'function' (label name).   DataSource:     At first, I didn't configure any labels in the data source. Then I created the table report with one filter: name of the committee has to be known. Othewise I get all contacts with or without relation to a committee. Like this, I get no field association label.     Then I reconfigured the data source:   Then I get a field association label:   And at the end I reconfigured the data source again:   Now I see only the related contacts with the selected labels   This time with the name of the label. Currently the Funnel Report doesn't remove any Contacts or Deals that moved backwards.   For example:   Bob Smith was created and assigned a Lead Bob Smith is a Sales Qualified Lead Bob Smith is a Lead In the above scenario, Bob Smith will forever be logged on the Funnel Report as a +1 Sales Qualified Lead, which causes overreporting and the conversion rate to be inaccurate. Changing his Lifecycle Stage does not remove him from the Funnel Report.   I'd love to have this fixed to reflect actual record data rather than historical in this instance, or at least give us the option to filter it out. Lifecycle Stage is often mistakenly updated as a result of inconsistent sales processes, automation that runs on records it shouldn't, and such, but when we find the mistake there's no way to fix the Funnel Report. ...read more

From the index view on any object type, we can check boxes to select multiple records and a Bulk Actions menu appears:   Please add the ability to "Bulk Associate" records to this menu.   This should honor the association settings and limits defined on the object settings. For example, if Ticket associations are not enabled, the option to associate a Ticket record won't appear.    Or if there is a finite number of maximum associated records, it would prevent the user from exceeding it via the Bulk Associate action.   It would be even better to set Association Labels in this same manner or remove associations entirely.     ...read more

In regards to attachments related to a company, there does not appear to be a standard "view" option to see how many attachments a company has associated from the main companies page. In fact, attachments is not even available as an idea category below. I am new to Hubspot, and we are importing our pdf files customers have signed to their account and our partner is importing them to the attachments section.  It would also be helpful to be able to resize the "show all attachments view" as we have some long file names that cannot be seen without hovering. Overall, I am concerned there is not an "important agreements" place to place contracts within Hubspot that will not also accumulate other types of files like attachments to emails.   ...read more

1. This would be mainly for marketing (lead generation) but would have a direct impact on the sales and service department, which uses a CRM adapted to the automobile sector. 2. The aim is to synchronize leads (those generated with hubspot tools) with CRMs designed for the automobile industry. This synchronization can be done easily, simply by making it possible to send an automated e-mail following the submission of a form filled in by a lead in Auto-lead data format to a specific ADF address. Currently, when using the Global Search Function, we cannot amend the default Global Search Results Settings to display properties in the Global Search Results View columns that are relevant to the specific business, and customise views to different teams/ team members in the business.    i.e. Global Search Results for Contacts only show default columns for Name, Email, Phone number, Primary company, and job title.  Global Search Results for Companies only show default columns for Company Name, Domain, City, Region, Phone and Company Owner.  Similarly, we are locked to default properties with Deals, and all other objects.    Goal  We are able to tailor the Global Search Results settings to meet the needs of different teams/users, much like the way we already can edit the object-specific search result views with the Contact/Company/Deal search tabs. This will enable us to:  - Choose properties to display in the Global Search Results view  - Choose order of columns that display  - Change length of column.   Different teams have different needs:    Use cases Different properties/columns to display for different teams  - Service teams may find it more useful to see a customer code property/column in the Global Search Results View; while they can use the Global Search to find the correct company, they can't see on the screen they are clicking on the correct company, because we cannot bring in the <CUSTOMER CODE> company property to the results view.  - If searching companies, would be great for sales teams to see the primary contact in a column, and click directly onto this, rather than needing to click on the company record, to then search for the primary contact  - If searching tasks, would be great to see the internal task owner in a column, so you can easily see accountability.    Ability to edit length of columns  There may be several entities e.g. deals, companies, with nearly identical names, but a small variation right at the end of the deal/company name. So we can correctly read the name, we need to be able to edit the length of 1 particular column in the display screen. This means we don't have to click into the record/hover over each record, to read it. e.g. COMPANY NAME is likely to be longer than other properties, so we want the ability to make this column longer than others.    ...read more

The pop up screen for merged records only allows users to "merge" or "cancel" so if a user wants to reject the merge, they have to click out and reject on the previous screen. It would be wonderful to be able to reject from the pop-up screen.  ...read more

It would be great if a filter could be added to the inbox, to filter by contact known/unknown. It would speed up the process of immediately identifying relevant emails and prioritize the ones coming from known contacts. ...read more
