Hi It's common practice to view Contacts via the 'Last Contacted Date'. Each time I go back to view my Contact View, it reverts and doesn't sort the list by 'Last Contacted Date'. Being able to save a Contact View would be ideal. Thanks, Phil  ...read more

Currently, we can select whether or not a contact is a "marketing contact" when they are first created, or when we look at them trhough the full list views.   While we can see whether a contact is a marketing contact within the full profile view, there is no way to adjust that status while we are in that same view.    This will benefit dynamic lists, and also allow sales team members that are further down the funnel to better edit what the lead qualification sales team members created at first glance.  ...read more

When your full team has access to HubSpot, it is inconvenient that sales reps have to scroll through all employees to find a sales team member to assign as contact owner. Would be good with a simple function where you at least could have sales team appear on top of contact owner drop down list on the contact cards. ...read more

From the index view on any object type, we can check boxes to select multiple records and a Bulk Actions menu appears:   Please add the ability to "Bulk Associate" records to this menu.   This should honor the association settings and limits defined on the object settings. For example, if Ticket associations are not enabled, the option to associate a Ticket record won't appear.    Or if there is a finite number of maximum associated records, it would prevent the user from exceeding it via the Bulk Associate action.   It would be even better to set Association Labels in this same manner or remove associations entirely.     ...read more

The pop up screen for merged records only allows users to "merge" or "cancel" so if a user wants to reject the merge, they have to click out and reject on the previous screen. It would be wonderful to be able to reject from the pop-up screen.  ...read more

1. This would be mainly for marketing (lead generation) but would have a direct impact on the sales and service department, which uses a CRM adapted to the automobile sector. 2. The aim is to synchronize leads (those generated with hubspot tools) with CRMs designed for the automobile industry. This synchronization can be done easily, simply by making it possible to send an automated e-mail following the submission of a form filled in by a lead in Auto-lead data format to a specific ADF address. (see point 5) 3. The value this would add is not measurable, it would enable automation and connectivity between sales and marketing tools for automobile companies using similar systems. 4.
