With the current user permissions and property permissions configuration, users can either edit the contact owner or they can't. I would love for there to be an association built between Companys and task queues outside of sequences or workflows.   Example: If a companies life cycle stage is set to 'customer' all tasks created for that company will automatically fall under our 'account management queue'.   Or if a companies life cycle stage is 'lead' all tasks created will fall under our 'sales' queue.    We notice that filtering tasks so we can timeblock efficiently can be quite a manual process, especially if we ever want to send a quick response directly from our email inbox. ...read more

At the moment, we are not able to add the same email address for mulitple contacts. The problem with this is that some company's have key contacts that wish to have emails sent to them via their admin personnel. There may be more than one key person at a company that does this. Can we have a work around to allow for duplicate emails addresses being entered in the system with notification that it already exists, rather than not allowing it altogether? ...read more

This post is to request the idea that regardless of using HubSpot for SMS, the forms and subscription types should reflect SMS as an option (and multiple options for various SMS campaign types), just as they do for emails.   As all channels become more strict in what is and what is not a valid opt in, having a unified process for managing all communication opt-ins and outs is becoming more important. It would be fantastic to see the last activity owner for a record as a property. Sometimes, contacts, companies, deals, and tickets are being worked on by multiple individuals, and various emails, notes, or meetings are recorded. We could have the person with the most recent logged activity appear in a "Last Activity Owner" property. Currently, we have to click into a record to find the most recent activity and who added it. It would be awesome if this could be a property, and then we could filter or add it as a column on the record index page. I'd like to suggest that for record customisation in objects like Contacts and Companies, the Reports card would be dynamically filtered to reflect only the contact or company where the report card is displayed.   For instance, if you want to see pages viewed by a contact and you create a custom pivot table report for that purpose, the report will display all pages viewed by all users. For apparent reasons, that's not useful at all. I think a modification here would really upgrade the value of reports, which for the time being, I don't use at all due to this specific reason. ...read more

When we are tagging deals/contacts/companies etc, the recently used deals/contacts/companies ought to show up so that we wouldn't have to type/paste the term we're looking for. It'd save me 10-30 seconds per record and that adds up when theres a bulk action being taken.   Hope to see this feature soon! ...read more

I feel that adding row numbers to our views and lists would make it easier to see when a contact or company has been removed from a view or list. As an example, I am currently looking through the Prospects tool (for website visitors) and adding filters to remove "data centers", "telecom" companies, etc. When I add a filter, I have to scroll to find the company name (not alphabetical) to make sure my filter worked correctly. I think it might be handy to see company name "Telecom USA" was on Line 55 and now it has been removed, seeing as Line 55 contains a different company now. The new way to associate Parent and Child companies is so awful. So many more steps and clicks. If I want to associate 10 child companies I have to search for them all and then associate the labels one by one x10 rather than how it was previously where you could just search for all child companies and they would all go under like that!
