Hi All,    I desparately need Hubspot to create a simple way where form submissions can be set to (non paying users) that are contacts in my system. I want the entire form (including the previous data such as email, phone, full address and form submission answers) to be sent vial email to these contacts. Net result is the lead (contact) file shows who I sent the form to - the recipient will have a log of all of the leads I sent via email in their contact file. Not sure why this is such an issue to do. I am like many customers that have channels that I do not want in my hubspot but I need to send them leads and track that activity - please reach out to me if this is not clear enough or if there is a work around. Either way hope to hear of a solution. I really do not want to switch from hubspot to another platform but this is a core capability I need.  ... Mehr anzeigen

Currently when creating a deal through the contact's page, the deal will automatically include the contact's associated company on the deal. However, it doesnt give you an option to NOT include the company & create a deal for the contact alone, unless you go to the Deals page, create a deal & manually search for the contact OR if you go through the contact's page, you have to create the deal and THEN take the company off the deal, leaving just the contact there (time waster).  A simple "x" button next to the company (as seen next to the contact) to disconnect the company from the deal would be extremely helpful.  ... Pronouns should be a standard contact property in the CRM. Identity markers should be something that Hubspot users should not have to use their custom properties to create, espeically free users who have a limited number of custom properties.   Guidance from the National Instutite of Health: What Are Gender Pronouns? Why Do They Matter?   "These actions help make our workplace more inclusive of transgender, gender nonconforming, and gender non-binary people. Using appropriate pronouns is a first step toward respecting people's gender identity and creating a more welcoming space for people of all genders. Importing contacts that are already customers give you an innacurate 'became customer' date as it defaults to the imported date.   We need functionality to be able to amend this to the correct date or our data in inaccurate ... Mehr anzeigen

Many Hubspot customers around the world, including myself, have these big problems. I would like to point out that other CRMs such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Odoo ... already solve this problem and that is the sending of emails to companies. Any company in the world has the generic email info@company.com, sales@company.com ... And therefore in HubSpot the problems are essentially 2: 1. You cannot send an email to a company without first having to create a contact, but as I mentioned earlier, any company in the world has the generic email info@company.com, sales@company.com and therefore does not concern any person. 2. Hubspot does not include the normal functionality of sending marketing mails to companies. This penalizes Hubspot a lot compared to its competitors (Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Odoo ...) which include this function and therefore integrating external systems can become impractical and above all it can be very expensive. I am sure that HubSpot will take serious action to solve these issues, implementing these solutions as soon as possible.   ... Mehr anzeigen

It's really a pain when you export something from HS and by the time you see the exported file, you would only see userid's / Id's. Perfect example is the Original Source Data 2 on the company object.  I tried creating a new field that copy the value and ensured that the new property I created is a single line text. However, it doesn't work. The exported file still showed userid's. If you wanted to build a pivot of the companies in an excel sheet, and group them by users, you would need to have one screen with your user page so you can manually look them up, and another screen for your excel. (imagine this painful stuff).  The workaround of creating a new property is already unacceptable but I still tried. So how much more with manual steps to get the name of the users?  ... In the new update in Mobile, you need to click on the arrow> to see details such as call outcomes. This is very wasteful of my time as each contact could have 10 calls to them and I need to see the outcomes for all of them. The older version of Hubspot was much better as you could see everything without having to click on each event. I am probably spending 50% more time on each contact because of the need to double click on each event.   Please reverse this terrible update that has made Hubspot much less time efficient.  ... It would be helpful to have a way to search more than one element of the name of a company or contact. The example I have is Chick N Max. My team is not great at putting things in the tool correctly, so it is possible that this could be entered as it is above, or as Chicken Max or as Chick-n-Max or who knows what else. Also, I have hundreds or restaurants in my database, so searching for just Chick is not helpful. I would like to search for records that contain both "chick" and "max".  ... Mehr anzeigen
