Hello!   Right now when I start drafting an email from within a company, I can click into the 'to' field and it pulls up the contacts within the institution - very helpful. If, however, it's a long list it's nice to just type the person I want to send to by first or last name and have them pop up.   The issue is that as soon as I type something it starts searching across all contacts in our entire list of contacts, the context of the current company I'm in is lost. I usually end up just looking at the feed in the centre of my screen for an email that was sent to the person recently, clicking to expand it, clicking to expand the 'to' emails so the full email displays (no easy copy emails option here) and then manually select the text from the pop-over and copy the text there and paste the email into my draft. It works but it's kind of annoying to do +50 times in a row.. I've definitely accidentally sent an email to some random person that was very personalized (it went to a prospect vs. an existing client.. whoops)   Would be helpful to even as you type just contextually search in the list that was there right before I started typing. Then maybe have an option (if no results show up) to display out-of-current-context contacts? Hello HubSpot Community!   I am looking to customize the entire contact record view per team in my organization. I have since found out that I can only add additional Sidebar modules per team, but this is not enough! We should be able to customize the entire screen per team (or leave it as the default if wanted). Whether we get the ability to remove panels (at least the card section) or resize each of the three sections based on team/user role, we need this feature!    This is needed because of specific team roles. My BDRs need a VERY minimal view for cold calling and qualifying leads, and the current view is simply too robust. Since my BDRs are mostly inputting data into the CRM, there is no activity or much card data, so because of this, these sections could be removed or at least, resized to be much smaller.  ... In our organization, the Ticket Owner and the Contact Owner are not the same team members. We would like the ability to create a workflow that automatically creates a task for the Contact Owner when a ticket has been marked closed. The Hubspot support team says this is not currently possible. There should be a way to automate this.  ... Mehr anzeigen

In Target Accounts the "last touch", "last engagement", and "scheduled" properties are only good for 1on1 emails from a user. It would be great if marketing efforts such as marketing emails were included in these columns or at least have a separate column showing engagement through marketing efforts.   Some target companies we have are really engaged in our marketing emails, but it's hard to track and get a clear overview of that when marketing is excluded from these properties. ... Hi All, I was just thinking if there could be an option to set/fix our required fields to any particular HubSpot list so that it's easier while exporting different lists. Rather than selecting all the required fields manually each time, I feel we should have an option to set/fix a set of fields for each list seperately. If you go to a contact, you are presented with 6 tabs: Activity Notes Emails Calls Tasks Meetings   On the activity tab, you are presented with the option to both filter and search the contents of that tab:   Unfortunately, that's where the search fun ends as all the other tabs have no ability to search through their contents. Have 10k messages from a rep, but want to find the one that went to or came from  X client, Y company, or is related to Z attachment on the contact's profile? get ready to scroll.... a LOT so essentially I'm asking for each of those tabs to get their own searches, hopefully tailored to the content they surface: Notes:  search for text content in the notes search for attachments to notes by file name search for notes created by a specific user search for notes from a specific date basically search for anything that can be stored in the notes area Emails: search for text content in emails search for emails in this tab that are from a specific user/email address search for emails in this tab that are to/cc a specific user/email address search for emails to a specific organization search for emails that have attachments with a specific name search for emails that have an attachment Calls: search for text content in logs search for specific participants search for specific attachments Tasks filter by type, priority, date... all the task type stuff Meetings: basically same deal as calls Essentially, make it so that each of those tabs is able to filter down the information presented in them into something more palatable/consumable that is able to surface the content in each tab with filtering options tailored to each dataset.     ... From a privacy audit standpoint, we'd like to be able to view a log of the HubSpot users that have viewed individual contacts in HubSpot and had access to individual contacts' PPI (protected personal information). ... Mehr anzeigen

It would be really great to be able to change the gray text on a gray backbround to black. Gray on gray is not a good idea and very tiring to the eyes. What is wrong wtih black?! In the contacts and companies trying to scroll through properties and information all in gray is not easy on not-too-young eyes. The other possiblity that might be helpful is to be able to have a white background rather than a gray one.  ... Mehr anzeigen

Having a 'box' or 'card' view avialable for contacts and companies would be very helpful and would eliminate the need to scroll through information a gazillion times a day. At this point, there is a lot of wasted space on that page for things I don't need, while the things I do need are all in one very long column. ... Mehr anzeigen
