I think it would be helpful to have two new default properties in each company--one for the last time an outbound sales email was sent, and one for the last time an inbound email from a client was sent. This would allow for reporting to make sure that a business development team, for example, was staying on top of deal funnels, replying to all emails that come in, and following up with active partners in a timely manner. Contacts currently have "Recent sales email replied date" as a property, but I think adding the outbound version of that--as well as tying the most recent value for each of those contacts to their associated company--would be extremely valuable.  ... It would be very useful to have an option to import all objects from a HubSpot account to a HubSpot account so that the read only properties get the existing values and there is no need to create custom properties. We would like to use the HubSpot predictive lead scoring, but we have a number of internal contacts that we need excluded from the  Likelihood to close and Contact priority property analytics.    It looks like there is no way to prevent scores from appearing for our internal contacts, and it is causing issues in our reporting.    We don't want to mark these contacts as Customers and would like a way to exclude a domain or specific contacts from the predictive lead scoring tool.  ... The contacts analytics tools in HubSpot provides a great possibilities of understanding what is working. However, it will often provide an incorrect number. For example when you want to see how many contacts were created January 2021 compared to January 2020.     In order to stay compliant with privacy laws, contact data has to be deleted at some point. Unfortunately, this means that plenty of historical data gets lost (e.g. create date) since the data in HubSpot is connected to the contacts currently in the portal. Exceptions to this is mentioned in this knowledge base article    Why is the report misleading?  If in January of 2020 100 contacts were created, and 10 of those were deleted from the database. Post-deletion, the HubSpot report will only show 90 contacts being created in January 2020. I.e. HubSpot is only showing us how many of our current contacts that were created in January 2020, not how many were actually created (that is: 100). If we then want to compare number of created contacts in January 2021 vs. January 2020 - we would compare the 2021 number with 90 (which is incorrect) instead of 100 (the correct number of created contacts).     In order to analyse this correctly: the historical data (of course cleared of personal data) has to be exported to another system before the contacts are deleted.    We would like to be able to see, in HubSpot, not only how many of our current contacts were created during a specific time period but the gross number.  ... It would be great that inside a contact there were arrows to move to the next or previous contacts. Then you could move faster from one contact to another to check their historic, without having to go back to the contacts list every time.   Hope you can implement this at some point as it would be a great time-saver.    Thank you!
