I was directed here to get more answers. I have a free account with Hubspot and I want to delete a whole bunch of contacts that have been put into a recycle bin. More specifically, when I am on the Contacts page, there is a tab that says Actions, then I click the button that says Restore Records. I am not looking to restore any, I want to know if there is a way for me to bulk delete all the contatcs within the Restore Records tab, or if I have to manually delete them all one by one?

Currently conditional logic for internal object creation forms only exist when using HubSpot on the website and not the mobile app. This is important.

We would like to automatically associate companies with contacts based on the domain name in the contacts email address. BUT, we do not want to automatically create companies based on the domain name in the contacts email address. This creates a lot of junk companies in our CRM because often times the domain name in the email address does not match the website domain of the company. It would be nice if there were 2 separate settings for these functionalities rather than just one that enables both features.

I love the new layout in beta, and the search feature is fantastic. I noticed that within the search results, you can call, email, or create a note. Is it possible to add the ability to 'create a task'?

Hi It's common practice to view Contacts via the 'Last Contacted Date'. Each time I go back to view my Contact View, it reverts and doesn't sort the list by 'Last Contacted Date'. Being able to save a Contact View would be ideal. Thanks, Phil

Currently, we can select whether or not a contact is a "marketing contact" when they are first created, or when we look at them trhough the full list views. While we can see whether a contact is a marketing contact within the full profile view, there is no way to adjust that status while we are in that same view. This will benefit dynamic lists, and also allow sales team members that are further down the funnel to better edit what the lead qualification sales team members created at first glance.

It would be nice to have conditional logic based on whether a property value is KNOWN. Rather than equalling a specific value.

When your full team has access to HubSpot, it is inconvenient that sales reps have to scroll through all employees to find a sales team member to assign as contact owner. Would be good with a simple function where you at least could have sales team appear on top of contact owner drop down list on the contact cards.

We have had instances where we had to manually create a lead. It would be great if we could backdate the create date for these.

From the index view on any object type, we can check boxes to select multiple records and a Bulk Actions menu appears: Please add the ability to "Bulk Associate" records to this menu. This should honor the association settings and limits defined on the object settings. For example, if Ticket associations are not enabled, the option to associate a Ticket record won't appear. Or if there is a finite number of maximum associated records, it would prevent the user from exceeding it via the Bulk Associate action. It would be even better to set Association Labels in this same manner or remove associations entirely.
