As a customer success representative, I like to review my users page visits to determine whether they're visiting our knowledge base or not.    To make this a more seamless experience, I'd like to see a "quick link" added to the "Website Activity" box that displays total number of page views for a contact.  It would be so incredibly useful if you could click the total number of pages viewed and be taken to a list of what those pages are and when they were viewed.  ...read more

It would be a helpful way to keep our database somewhat clean if we could have a way to delete a company and all of its associated contacts in a single action, perhaps a prompt like "would you also like to delete the contacts"? The ideas is that contacs in the company view can be sorted. By default the contacts are sorted from the contact with the earliest creation date to the contact with the latest creation date. If contacts could be sorted by different properties, it would be easier for the sales staff to know which contact should be contacted for what manner etc. Example: The company has a property that defines the first contact that should be called concerning a the project. If the contacts are than sorted by this property the sales employee sees the right contact right a the top in the company view. ...read more

When looking through contacts in a view, there is no option to filter by "All Of", only by Any of/None of/Known/Unknown. Ideally there could be an option to multi-select in one property and have contacts only show up if they meet all of the selected criteria, not just any of the selected criteria.  Thanks!      ...read more

We use the salesforce sync a lot, and would like to be able to create lists / run reports / workflow enrollments based off the sync status and deatils.    For example, if: Salesforce sync status = Not syncing Sync detail = Salesforce record removed or unavailable  then we could make a list of accounts that should have been deleted in Hubspot to match Salesforce to make sure the systems match.   Another example, if: Sync status = not syncing Sync detail = HubSpot company record has no associated contacts that are syncing with Salesforce contacts. then we could trigger a task to investigate the data quality ...read more

In the past, email templates were grouped in folders so they could be easily selected when sending an email in HubSpot. Now I see that it is a list of all email templates and the folders I created are not displayed. This makes it highly frustating to find the email template that I need to send in the long list, as we have a lot of different templates. The target accounts overview is a brilliant overview of interactions/engagement and I'm currently rolling it out to manage our strategic accounts.   A significant area where this falls down through is the ability to group companies, for example where our strategic account focus is a combination of parent and child companies. At the moment, i'd have to flag all those as a target account, but would appear as separate entries, making holistic management a little more difficult to get the measure of.   This is equally true on a  company record too - the ability to roll up all child company data/activity into the parent company (toggling onoff would be great!) would make mangmeent of complex corporate structures much easier ...read more
