Allow an individual user to access "Manage Duplicates" on the Contact page and view and manage duplicates based on the permissions set for the user and/or role. For example, if a user can only see or edit their own contacts, allow them to manage duplicates for their own contacts. If the user can edit contacts for a team, allow them to manage duplicates for the team(s) they are assigned to. With the user hierarchies that we have in place, the Director of Sales or the IT support team have to handle all duplicate management. This is inefficient since those individuals do not know the details of the contacts were created by Sales Associates and have to reach out to get more information for every duplicate.
