We have created a Sales Nurture Lead Score (separate from our main Lead Score, which is designed to move people to MQL when they reach a score of 😎 to try to prioritise contacting people who've been a live lead but then put into nurture. We would like this score to only start this score accumulating once a contact's Lead Status changes to 'Sales Nurture'. The majority of my companies never get a logo found despite correct website and socials.   A simple favicon api gets more logos than hubspot - https://besticon-demo.herokuapp.com/   There is also the clearbit API https://clearbit.com/logo   If there is no logo found, then no favicon, the logo should default to socials profile photo. ...read more

Looking for the functionality that will automatically (maybe with an on/off toggle, in case some people won't use this functionality) copy notes recorded within a deal to the notes activity for a contact. For example, if a customer has a deal open for one of their contacts and they are putting notes into the deal, once that note is saved, it will auto-copy those notes to the contacts notes as well. Use-cases I could see this being used for are if a contact goes through multiple deals per year this will allow all notes from several deals to be compiled for a contact automatically rather than needing to "associate" the contacts every time. ...read more

We are catching multiple deplicate contacts with the same phone number but different email. I feel it will be very beneficial is a contact can be caught as a duplicate with phone number as well, not just email. Most contacts have multiple emails but normally one direct phone number.  ...read more

First of all -- Targeted Accounts are AWESOME!!  Love being able to see how many and often are we touching, defining roles of stakeholders, seeing their engagement.  But there is one recurring frustration -- please give us either sticky filters OR, better yet, filters that can be configured as default for the targeted account views.   I work in an org with 4 different sales divisions.  When I get to the Targeted Accounts page, it defaults to ALL target accounts in our org.  I can live with setting it once and then it being sticky.  But it would be much better to have a configuration for defaults.  I have junior sales folks who funnel into me.  So seeing all target accounts for my small team would be ideal. ...read more
